重型柴油機(jī)單軌吊關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:單軌吊作為煤礦輔助運(yùn)輸?shù)囊环N新型裝備廣泛應(yīng)用于煤礦輔助運(yùn)輸。井下工況復(fù)雜,確保單軌吊機(jī)車安全工作成為一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的問題,本文旨在通過對(duì)與單軌吊安全性能密切相關(guān)的夾緊系統(tǒng)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與起吊系統(tǒng)的研究,以提高單軌吊機(jī)車的安全性能。本文根據(jù)重型柴油機(jī)單軌吊起吊梁實(shí)際井下工作狀況,針對(duì)與安全性能密切相關(guān)的夾緊系統(tǒng)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)與起吊系統(tǒng)的液壓工作原理進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)重型柴油機(jī)單軌吊的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),確定夾緊缸的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),研究單軌吊制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的組成,設(shè)計(jì)外置式制動(dòng)模塊,推導(dǎo)出了緊急制動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件。分析插裝閥受力情況,導(dǎo)出了插裝閥控制腔彈簧開口量x與制動(dòng)缸有桿腔的壓力pB的之間關(guān)系,根據(jù)重型柴油機(jī)單軌吊的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)計(jì)算出制動(dòng)彈簧力,確定了制動(dòng)彈簧和制動(dòng)缸的參數(shù),并用Solidworks/Routing對(duì)制動(dòng)裝置做液壓管路的布路分析。研究重型起吊梁的主要結(jié)構(gòu)組成,依據(jù)其日常工作要求,確定起吊液壓缸的參數(shù)。計(jì)算了驅(qū)動(dòng)輪的夾緊力,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)提供的牽引力能夠滿足工作要求。確定了起吊載荷和坡道傾角θ之間的關(guān)系,并利用MATLAB軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)起吊載荷和坡道傾角θ之間的關(guān)系的可視化。確定起吊所用鏈條的參數(shù)。利用Solidworks/Simulition對(duì)起吊梁做有限元分析。利用Solidworks/Motion做運(yùn)動(dòng)分析。分別用FluidSIM、MATLAB/simscape、AMESim為夾緊、起吊以及制動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)建模,結(jié)合柴油機(jī)單軌吊實(shí)際的工作狀況對(duì)主要元件的子模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)置,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明夾緊、制動(dòng)和起吊系統(tǒng)能夠完成預(yù)期的工作,驗(yàn)證了液壓系統(tǒng)的正確性。樣機(jī)生產(chǎn)完成后,在模擬煤礦井下條件的軌道上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)和試驗(yàn)要求。同時(shí)對(duì)夾緊、制動(dòng)和起吊系統(tǒng)的分析研究有助于今后重型柴油機(jī)單軌吊的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Monorail crane is widely used in coal mine auxiliary transportation as a new type of equipment. The underground working condition is complex, so it becomes a very key problem to ensure the safety of monorail crane. This paper aims to study the clamping system, braking system and hoisting system, which are closely related to the safety performance of monorail crane. In order to improve the safety performance of monorail locomotives. According to the actual downhole working condition of heavy duty diesel engine monorail lifting beam, the hydraulic working principle of clamping system, braking system and hoisting system, which is closely related to safety performance, is analyzed in this paper. According to the design parameters of monorail crane of heavy duty diesel engine, the structural parameters of clamping cylinder are determined, the composition of braking system of monorail crane is studied, the external braking module is designed, and the condition of emergency braking is deduced. Based on the analysis of the stress of the cartridge valve, the relationship between the opening amount of the spring of the valve control cavity x and the pressure PB of the brake cylinder with a rod cavity is derived, and the braking spring force is calculated according to the design parameters of the monorail crane of heavy duty diesel engine. The parameters of brake spring and brake cylinder are determined, and the hydraulic piping of brake device is analyzed by Solidworks/Routing. The main structure composition of heavy lifting beam is studied and the parameters of lifting hydraulic cylinder are determined according to its daily working requirements. The clamping force of the drive wheel is calculated, and it is verified that the traction provided by the system can meet the working requirements. The relationship between lifting load and ramp inclination 胃 is determined, and the relationship between lifting load and ramp inclination 胃 is visualized by MATLAB software. Determine the parameters of the chain used for lifting. The finite element analysis of lifting beam is done by Solidworks/Simulition. Use Solidworks/Motion to do motion analysis. The hydraulic system of clamping, hoisting and braking is modeled with FluidSIMB / MATLAB / AMESim, and the sub-model parameters of main components are set according to the actual working conditions of diesel engine monorail crane, and the simulation results are analyzed. The results show that the clamping, braking and lifting systems can accomplish the expected work, and the correctness of the hydraulic system is verified. After the prototype production is finished, the test is carried out on the track simulating the underground conditions of coal mines, and the results meet the design and test requirements. At the same time, the analysis and research of clamping, braking and lifting system are helpful to the improvement of heavy duty diesel engine monorail crane in the future.
