煤存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中結(jié)構(gòu)變化的紅外光譜研究

【摘要】:煤在存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中會(huì)發(fā)生低溫氧化,使煤炭質(zhì)量下降,如果發(fā)生自燃將會(huì)造成更大的熱值損耗。為深入研究與分析煤存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變化,在江油電廠進(jìn)行了煤堆存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn),定期取煤樣在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行紅外光譜檢測(cè)。通過(guò)對(duì)煤樣的紅外光譜譜圖和差示光譜譜圖的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)—CH_3、—CH_2—、—C=C—類官能團(tuán)的數(shù)量減少,醇、酚、醚、酯氧鍵官能團(tuán)和—OH基團(tuán)的數(shù)量增加,并利用差譜分析的結(jié)果對(duì)煤堆存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中的宏觀現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了解釋。煤存儲(chǔ)時(shí)可采用分層碾壓的方法降低煤堆孔隙率,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)以防止煤低溫氧化導(dǎo)致煤堆自燃。
[Abstract]:Coal will be oxidized at low temperature in the storage process, which will decrease the quality of coal. If spontaneous combustion occurs, it will cause a greater loss of calorific value. In order to study and analyze the microstructure of coal storage process, coal storage tests were carried out in Jiangyou Power Plant. Based on the analysis of the infrared and differential spectra of coal samples, it was found that the number of C-like functional groups decreased and the number of alcohols, phenols, ethers, ester oxygen bond functional groups and -OH groups increased. The macroscopic phenomena in the process of coal storage are explained by the results of differential spectrum analysis. The stratified compaction method can be used to reduce the porosity of coal pile and strengthen monitoring to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal pile caused by low temperature oxidation of coal.
