煤礦作業(yè)人員團隊情景意識交互影響因素模型研究
[Abstract]:Since the 18th century, coal has become one of the main energy sources used in the world, and the coal industry is one of the main energy industries in China. For a long time, coal has been playing a leading role in the primary energy consumption in China. However, with the increase of coal production capacity, the safety situation of coal mine production is still grim, serious accidents still occur from time to time. Under the existing research results, it is not difficult to see that human factor is an important cause in coal mine accidents, and from the point of view of human factors, situational awareness plays an important role in a large number of human factors. Therefore, the study of situational awareness is of great significance to coal mine safety. In the process of coal mine operation, the operators of different departments form the coal mine operation team, but in the coal mine operation team, How to ensure good team situational awareness performance has become the core of the study. Based on the theory of situational consciousness, this paper studies the influencing factors of the interaction of situational consciousness among coal miners. Specifically, based on the characteristics of coal mining team, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the interaction of team operators' situational awareness from two aspects: team internal factors and environment external factors. Furthermore, the influencing factors are designed as the influencing factors scale of the interaction of the coal miners' situational consciousness, and the questionnaire is designed based on the questionnaire, and the questionnaire is distributed to the companies of Jinmei Group. Get the quantitative data of the actual situation. Then the structural equation model of the interaction factors of the workmen's situational consciousness is designed by using LISREL software. Based on the actual situation, the covariance matrix between the different factors is determined. Finally, by analyzing the covariance matrix, we determine the degree of influence of different influencing factors in the interaction of task team situational awareness, so as to find out the main factors that affect the interaction of situational awareness of task force. It provides a reference for the practical application of situational consciousness theory. The results show that performance management, training support, and common emotions are the most outstanding links, and interactive environment, leadership ability and individual ability also have an important impact on the final performance. In addition, the content of device support and interaction has little effect on the final performance, social similarity, integrity and interpersonal interaction are counterproductive.
