不同性質煤巖下掘進機截割載荷的試驗研究

【摘要】:對掘進機截割過程的機理進行了研究,對煤炭和巖石的性質對截割載荷的影響進行了深入分析。針對使用傳統(tǒng)計算方法計算截割過程中的截割載荷存在的缺陷,提出了有限元模擬方法,模擬動態(tài)截割過程,并進行試驗。提取了多種不同煤巖的堅固性系數(shù),并制取相應的硬度煤層,以分析不同性質的煤巖對截割載荷的影響,并推導了三向力與堅固性系數(shù)之間的關系。通過對比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對截割載荷的理論公式推導、模擬分析、試驗三者的結果相吻合。結果表明,仿真與試驗分析不僅提供了可靠的截割載荷的精確計算方法,而且也提供了針對不同地質條件的煤巖選擇合適的截齒的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of cutting process of roadheader is studied, and the influence of coal and rock properties on cutting load is analyzed. In view of the defects of the traditional calculation method in calculating the cutting load, a finite element simulation method is proposed to simulate the dynamic cutting process, and the experiments are carried out. In order to analyze the influence of different types of coal and rock on cutting load and to derive the relationship between triaxial force and rigidity coefficient, several kinds of solid coefficients of coal and rock are extracted and the corresponding hardness seams are made out in order to analyze the influence of different properties of coal and rock on the cutting load. Through comparison and analysis, it is found that the theoretical formula derivation, simulation analysis and test results of cutting load are in agreement with each other. The results show that the simulation and experimental analysis not only provide a reliable accurate calculation method for cutting load, but also provide a reference basis for selecting suitable cutting teeth for different geological conditions of coal and rock.
