膜電極在礦山開采廢水處理中的應用研究

【摘要】:利用自制的膜電極進行膜電容去離子(MCDI)實驗,并對離子交換膜的性能指標進行了表征。探討了各因素對膜電容去離子效果的影響,確定了最佳參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,對于安裝1對電極、電極面積共400 cm2的實驗裝置,電吸附的最佳操作條件:施加電壓1.2 V、進水流速17.0 m L/min、Zn2+45 mg/L,最佳條件下對Zn2+的去除率為97.64%。在對礦山開采廢水處理時,MCDI的TDS吸附量為26.61 mg/g,高于電容去離子(CDI)的18.75 mg/g。
[Abstract]:The membrane capacitance deionization (MCDI) experiment was carried out with the self-made membrane electrode, and the performance of the ion exchange membrane was characterized. The influence of various factors on the deionization effect of membrane capacitance was discussed, and the optimum parameters were determined. The results show that the optimal operating conditions for electrosorption are as follows: voltage 1.2 V, influent flow rate 17.0 mL / min, Zn 245 mg / L, and the optimal removal rate of Zn 2 is 97.64 g / L for an experimental device with an electrode area of 400 cm2. In the treatment of mining wastewater, the TDs adsorption capacity of MCDI is 26.61 mg / g, which is higher than that of capacitive deionization (CDI) 18.75 mg / g.
