【摘要】：為了確定經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的露天礦備采煤量留設(shè)位置和保有期,運(yùn)用露天開(kāi)采基本原理與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,分析新時(shí)期露天煤礦的發(fā)展變化特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)備采煤量留設(shè)位置和保有期的影響;以經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最優(yōu)為判斷準(zhǔn)則,研究復(fù)合煤層露天礦備采煤量留設(shè)位置與內(nèi)排運(yùn)距的關(guān)系,建立備采煤量留設(shè)位置優(yōu)化模型;研究季節(jié)性剝離露天礦備采煤量保有期與剝離成本、運(yùn)輸成本以及資金時(shí)間價(jià)值的關(guān)系,建立備采煤量保有期優(yōu)化模型。以?xún)?nèi)蒙古東部地區(qū)某露天礦為研究實(shí)例,確定了該礦經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的備采煤量保有期為6.5個(gè)月,備采煤量應(yīng)全部留在1號(hào)煤層。研究結(jié)果表明:該優(yōu)化模型可用于指導(dǎo)露天礦生產(chǎn),有效降低剝離成本,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the location and duration of coal mining in open pit, the basic principle and statistical analysis method of open pit mining are used to analyze the characteristics of the development and change of the open pit coal mine in the new period and its influence on the reserve position and the retention period of the coal reserves. The relationship between the location of the coal quantity and the distance of the inner row is established, and the optimization model of the reserve position of the coal reserves is established, and the relationship between the period of coal mining and the cost of the exfoliation, the cost of transportation and the time value of the funds is studied. The optimization model of the reserve period of the reserve is established. The economical and reasonable reserve of coal mining in the mine is 6.5 months, and the amount of coal mining should remain in No. 1 coal seam. The result shows that the optimization model can be used to guide the production of open pit, reduce the cost of stripping effectively and improve the economic benefit.
