采動(dòng)影響下巷道支護(hù)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的煤炭產(chǎn)量90%來(lái)自地下開采,由于巷道的開挖誘發(fā)了支承壓力,支承壓力會(huì)導(dǎo)致一系列物理過(guò)程的發(fā)展,應(yīng)力集中超過(guò)了圍巖強(qiáng)度,圍巖容易破碎、導(dǎo)致失穩(wěn)、造成開采停頓。盡管對(duì)采動(dòng)影響下巷道支護(hù)做了大量研究,但是煤巷地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、多變,對(duì)錨桿支護(hù)作用機(jī)理有待系統(tǒng)的深入研究。有必要對(duì)采動(dòng)應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的分布特征及其對(duì)巷道的影響做出分析,通過(guò)工程類比法、理論分析法、FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬法等分析確定合理的支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),,對(duì)圍巖進(jìn)行有效控制,使巷道達(dá)到穩(wěn)定。 本文以保德礦回采巷道為背景,對(duì)采動(dòng)影響下巷道支護(hù)進(jìn)行研究。主要內(nèi)容和成果有:首先,在各種形式礦山壓力的復(fù)雜顯現(xiàn)過(guò)程中,較強(qiáng)的擾動(dòng)引起地層的運(yùn)移,這時(shí)采動(dòng)支承壓力會(huì)對(duì)回采巷道造成強(qiáng)烈影響。使用FLAC3D軟件,分析受到采動(dòng)影響在回采空間周圍形成的支承壓力的特征,并得到合理的護(hù)巷煤柱尺寸。合理的護(hù)巷煤柱可以減少巷道的有害變形,減少巷道的維護(hù),減少煤炭浪費(fèi),使巷道布置得到優(yōu)化。其次,在不考慮原巖應(yīng)力條件下,運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件,模擬分析預(yù)應(yīng)力的擴(kuò)散規(guī)律。由于預(yù)緊力的作用,在圍巖體錨固范圍內(nèi)形成預(yù)應(yīng)力場(chǎng)。在多根錨桿作用下,錨桿預(yù)應(yīng)力場(chǎng)彼此重疊、相互疊加形成壓縮帶,具有承載作用。運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件模擬分析預(yù)緊力錨桿在不同間、排距情況下對(duì)巖體施加應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的影響范圍。最后得出了合理的支護(hù)密度,使圍巖達(dá)到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。支護(hù)是為加強(qiáng)回采巷道圍巖的穩(wěn)定性,使其保持承載力,目的是利用圍巖體的固有強(qiáng)度,成為自載結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)揮巖體的自載能力。錨桿(索)對(duì)圍巖施加的預(yù)緊力屬于主動(dòng)支護(hù),對(duì)圍巖有加固作用。 通過(guò)工程類比法和理論分析法對(duì)保德煤礦回風(fēng)順槽的支護(hù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件模擬巷道在采動(dòng)影響下的應(yīng)力云圖、位移云圖、塑性區(qū)等,可以看出設(shè)計(jì)的支護(hù)參數(shù)是合理有效的,能滿足工程實(shí)際要求。
[Abstract]:90% of China's coal production comes from underground mining. As the excavation of the roadway induces the support pressure, the support pressure will lead to a series of physical processes. The stress concentration exceeds the strength of the surrounding rock, and the surrounding rock is easily broken, resulting in instability and mining pause. Although a lot of Research on roadway support under the shadow of mining action, the coal roadway geological strip is made. It is necessary to analyze the distribution characteristics of the mining stress field and its influence on the roadway. Through the analysis of the engineering analogy method, the theoretical analysis method and the FLAC3D numerical simulation method, the reasonable support design is determined, and the surrounding rock is effectively controlled so that the roadway can be stabilized.
Based on the background of the mining roadway in Baode mine, this paper studies the roadway support under the influence of mining. The main contents and results are as follows: first, the strong disturbance causes the movement of the strata in the complicated process of various forms of mine pressure, and the support pressure of the mining will have a strong influence on the roadway. The FLAC3D software is used to analyze the effect. It can reduce the harmful deformation of the roadway, reduce the maintenance of the roadway, reduce the coal waste, and optimize the layout of the roadway. Secondly, the FLAC3D software is used to simulate and analyze under the conditions of the original rock stress. The prestress diffusion law. The prestress field is formed within the anchorage range of the surrounding rock due to the effect of pre tightening force. Under the action of multiple anchor bolts, the anchorage stress field overlaps each other and superposes each other to form a compression zone, which has the bearing capacity. The stress field of the pretension bolt is simulated and analyzed by the FLAC3D software. Finally, the reasonable support density is obtained to make the surrounding rock stable. The support is to strengthen the stability of the surrounding rock and keep the bearing capacity. The purpose is to make use of the inherent strength of the surrounding rock body to become a self loaded structure and give full play to the self loading capacity of the rock mass. The rock has reinforcement.
Through the engineering analogy method and the theoretical analysis method, the supporting parameters of the return trough of the Baode coal mine are designed, and the FLAC3D software is used to simulate the stress cloud map, the displacement cloud map and the plastic area under the influence of the mining. It can be seen that the supporting parameters of the design are reasonable and effective, and the actual requirements of the project can be full.
