【摘要】：近年來金屬礦山事故總量雖呈下降趨勢,但仍有因人員、機(jī)器設(shè)備、作業(yè)環(huán)境、地質(zhì)環(huán)境因素導(dǎo)致的較大事故。本文以教育部博士點(diǎn)基金“地下難采礦體回采工藝系統(tǒng)可靠性研究項(xiàng)目”為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合普朗銅礦的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,對普朗銅礦首采階段(3720m水平)、深部接續(xù)中段(3540m水平)的采場人—機(jī)—環(huán)境進(jìn)行可靠性研究,為礦山的安全生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù),主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)綜合使用模糊數(shù)學(xué)、層次分析法等,對采場人—機(jī)器—作業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行模糊可靠性研究,先建立評價因子集,之后確定各因子隸屬度以及因子權(quán)重集,最后用馬爾科夫模型計(jì)算各自的可靠性指標(biāo),用模糊語言描述其可靠狀態(tài)。(2)采集不同種類巖石,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)得到巖石力學(xué)參數(shù),代入Rocklab進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度折減后作為巖體力學(xué)參數(shù),輸入采場的FLAC3D數(shù)值模型中,把巖體力學(xué)參數(shù)、采場結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)作為自變量進(jìn)行多元線性回歸建立極限方程,由于受計(jì)算機(jī)條件限制,不可能進(jìn)行數(shù)以千計(jì)次的數(shù)值模擬,因此設(shè)計(jì)正交試驗(yàn)后,利用Monte Carlo思想,運(yùn)用Matlab對極限方程進(jìn)行數(shù)千次隨機(jī)試驗(yàn),得地質(zhì)環(huán)境的可靠性指標(biāo),并以可靠度為基礎(chǔ)判定其可靠狀態(tài)。(3)經(jīng)過分析計(jì)算,得到采場人—機(jī)—環(huán)境可靠性后,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合整理,將其假設(shè)為可修復(fù)的邏輯串聯(lián)系統(tǒng),用模糊語言和可靠性指標(biāo)評價采場人—機(jī)—環(huán)境的綜合可靠性。
[Abstract]:Although the total number of accidents in metal mines is decreasing in recent years, there are still large accidents caused by personnel, machinery and equipment, working environment and geological environment. This paper is based on the doctoral Program Foundation of the Ministry of Education, "Research Project on Reliability of Mining process system of Underground Refractory bodies", combined with the production practice of Plang Copper Mine. This paper studies the reliability of the stope man-machine-environment in the first mining stage of Plang Copper Mine at 3720m level and the depth of 3540m level. It provides a theoretical basis for the safe production of the mine, the main contents of which include the comprehensive use of fuzzy mathematics. The fuzzy reliability of the stope human-machine-working environment is studied by AHP, the evaluation factor set is established, the membership degree and the weight set of each factor are determined, and the reliability indexes are calculated by Markov model. Using fuzzy language to describe the reliable state of rock, the rock mechanics parameters are obtained in the laboratory. The rock mechanics parameters are input into the FLAC3D numerical model of the stope and the rock mechanics parameters are input into the FLAC3D numerical model of the stope after the Rocklab is replaced by the Rocklab to reduce the strength of the rock mass. The structural parameters of stope are used as independent variables to establish limit equation by multivariate linear regression. Due to the limitation of computer, it is impossible to carry out thousands of numerical simulations. Therefore, after designing orthogonal test, Monte Carlo method is used. By using Matlab to carry out thousands of random tests on limit equation, the reliability index of geological environment is obtained, and its reliability state is determined on the basis of reliability. After analysis and calculation, the reliability of stope man-machine-environment is obtained. The data were synthesized and sorted, and the data were assumed to be a repairable logical series system. The comprehensive reliability of the stope human-machine-environment was evaluated by fuzzy language and reliability index.
