【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快,以及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟結構的調整,市場競爭越來越激烈,不少企業(yè)由于營運資金管理效率低下,內(nèi)控監(jiān)管職能弱化所帶來的資金運營不能正常發(fā)揮,經(jīng)營陷入困境。如何防范營運資金風險、維護和控制資金安全、提高營運資金效率已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)界的共識。大同煤業(yè)公司,作為一家大型煤炭企業(yè),受煤炭行業(yè)大經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的沖擊很大,殘酷的優(yōu)勝劣汰的競爭環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟的不景氣,讓企業(yè)對營運資金管理提出了更高的要求和標準。本文以大同煤業(yè)公司為研究對象,通過借助文獻研究法、財務指標分析法、層次分析法等方法,對其營業(yè)資金管理進行了研究。首先用文獻研究法回顧了國內(nèi)外關于營運資金管理的相關研究,為本文的大同煤業(yè)的營運資金管理研究打下了基礎。其次從傳統(tǒng)營運資金要素管理和基于渠道管理的角度,通過對大同煤業(yè)2012年到2015年的財務報表各指標的深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)大同煤業(yè)存在營運資金信息溝通和管理方法落后、資金利用效率不高、營運資金結構不合理、管理者缺乏營運資金管理新理念等問題。再通過層次分析法,針對各個渠道分析出影響營運資金管理各渠道中的重要因素。利用財務指標分析和層次分析法發(fā)現(xiàn)問題后,再根據(jù)大同煤業(yè)企業(yè)的特點,從優(yōu)化管理方案、控制資金風險的角度出發(fā),研究設計出適合于該公司的營運資金管理解決方案,為企業(yè)提出科學合理、系統(tǒng)的營運資金管理優(yōu)化建議,并為類似的企業(yè)的營運資金管理提供一定的參考和意見。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the adjustment of domestic economic structure, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. Because of the low efficiency of working capital management and the weakening of internal control and supervision function, many enterprises can not bring the capital operation into full play. The business was in trouble. How to guard against the risk of working capital, maintain and control the security of working capital and improve the efficiency of working capital has become the consensus of the business community. Datong Coal Company, as a large coal enterprise, is greatly impacted by the big economic environment of the coal industry. The cruel competition environment of survival of the fittest and the recession of the economy make the enterprises put forward higher requirements and standards for the management of working capital. This paper takes Datong Coal Industry Company as the research object, through the methods of literature research, financial index analysis, analytic hierarchy process, etc., to study the management of its operating funds. Firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on working capital management with the method of literature research, which lays a foundation for the study of working capital management in Datong Coal Industry. Secondly, from the perspective of traditional working capital factor management and channel management, through the in-depth analysis of the indicators of Datong coal industry's financial statements from 2012 to 2015, it is found that Datong coal industry has backward methods of communication and management of working capital information. The efficiency of fund utilization is not high, the structure of working capital is unreasonable, and the manager lacks the new concept of working capital management. Through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the important factors affecting the working capital management are analyzed. After finding out the problem by using financial index analysis and analytic hierarchy process, according to the characteristics of Datong coal enterprise, from the point of view of optimizing management scheme and controlling capital risk, the working capital management solution suitable for the company is studied and designed. It provides scientific, reasonable and systematic suggestions for the optimization of working capital management, and provides some references and suggestions for similar enterprises in the management of working capital.
