探究煤泥的密度和粒度與浮選速率常數(shù)k之間的關(guān)系

【摘要】:選煤數(shù)學(xué)模型可以闡述選煤過程的本質(zhì),找出影響產(chǎn)量的因素以及相關(guān)性,在生產(chǎn)實踐中實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)。且建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效等優(yōu)點,結(jié)合電子計算機(jī)更可進(jìn)一步縮短設(shè)計周期。目前浮選數(shù)學(xué)模型的研究在選煤領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用越來越重要,進(jìn)一步提高選煤廠效益主要來自對于浮選環(huán)節(jié)的精煤回收率。本文主要對淮南某礦區(qū)的原煤樣,經(jīng)篩分破碎得到-0.5mm粒級作入浮物料進(jìn)行試驗,對煤泥在實驗室首先按密度、粒度分品級,對各品級分批進(jìn)行浮選,在間隔△t時間內(nèi)分別刮泡得出產(chǎn)率,再使用圖解法、尋優(yōu)解法,使用對數(shù)使得數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系線性化,并結(jié)合線性回歸等數(shù)學(xué)方法使得運算更加準(zhǔn)確、高效。在給定和改變最大回收率的不同情況下,求得浮選速率常數(shù)k值,得出相互之間的關(guān)系,探索研究k值與煤泥密度和粒度之間的變化關(guān)系及分布,得出k值關(guān)于密度、粒度的分布函數(shù)式,豐富了煤泥浮選數(shù)學(xué)模型的相關(guān)知識。最后將所求k值應(yīng)用在浮選模擬計算中,模擬4槽機(jī)械攪拌式浮選機(jī)的迭代計算,在excel下計算出浮選精煤、尾煤的產(chǎn)量和灰分,以及對浮選時間等結(jié)果的預(yù)測,體現(xiàn)了k值的求解對浮選產(chǎn)品的預(yù)測、選煤廠浮選過程的優(yōu)化中有著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The mathematical model of coal preparation can explain the essence of coal preparation process, find out the factors affecting production and its correlation, and realize the optimization of production in production practice. Moreover, the mathematical model has the advantages of economy and efficiency, and the design cycle can be further shortened with the combination of computer. At present, the research on mathematical model of flotation is more and more important in the field of coal preparation, and further improving the benefit of coal preparation plant mainly comes from the recovery rate of clean coal for flotation link. In this paper, the raw coal samples from Huainan mining area were tested for floating material by sieving and crushing -0.5mm particles. The slime was first classified according to density and particle size, and each grade was floated in batches. In the interval t time, the production rate is obtained separately, then the graph method, the optimization solution, the logarithm are used to linearize the data relations, and the mathematical methods such as linear regression are used to make the calculation more accurate and efficient. When the maximum recovery rate is given and changed, the flotation rate constant k value is obtained, the relationship between k value and coal slime density and particle size is studied, and the k value is obtained with respect to density. The distribution function of particle size enriches the knowledge of mathematical model of coal slime flotation. Finally, the calculated k value is applied in the flotation simulation calculation to simulate the iterative calculation of the 4-slot mechanical agitation flotation machine. The output and ash content of the flotation concentrate coal and the tail coal are calculated under excel, and the flotation time is predicted. The calculation of k value can predict the flotation product, and it plays an important guiding role in the optimization of flotation process of coal preparation plant.
