掘進(jìn)設(shè)備內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:針對(duì)掘進(jìn)工作面粉塵控制困難和內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)應(yīng)用受限的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了掘進(jìn)設(shè)備內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)研究。調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外掘進(jìn)設(shè)備內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,指出限制內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用的原因有噴嘴易堵、水封易漏、維護(hù)困難等。從水封結(jié)構(gòu)、流道設(shè)計(jì)、扇形噴霧特性、噴霧參數(shù)、噴嘴排布5個(gè)方面總結(jié)了內(nèi)噴霧關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)展,指出了內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題主要是水封難實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)效密封、流道制造工藝難保證、噴嘴易堵與噴霧壓力的矛盾性。同時(shí)建議開(kāi)展內(nèi)噴霧關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān),解決內(nèi)噴霧技術(shù)面臨的瓶頸問(wèn)題,提高內(nèi)噴霧系統(tǒng)可靠性。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of dust control and the limited application of internal spray technology in tunneling face, the research on internal spray technology of tunneling equipment is carried out. The present situation of application of internal spray technology in tunneling equipment at home and abroad is investigated. It is pointed out that the reasons of limiting the application of internal spray technology are nozzle plugging easily leakage of water seal difficult maintenance and so on. The key technologies of internal spray are summarized from the aspects of water seal structure, flow channel design, fan spray characteristics, spray parameters and nozzle layout. The main problems of internal spray technology are pointed out, which are the difficulty of water seal in long term sealing. Flow channel manufacturing process is difficult to ensure that nozzle plugging and spray pressure conflict. At the same time, it is suggested that the key technology of internal spray should be solved to solve the bottleneck of internal spray technology and improve the reliability of internal spray system.
