HVB慣性度的MPHMADM評價

【摘要】:為有效評價礦工習(xí)慣性違章行為(HVB),在多期混合多屬性決策方法(MPHMADM)基礎(chǔ)上,從礦工個體、組織管理、作業(yè)環(huán)境安全度3方面確定礦工HVB慣性度驅(qū)動因素及不同因素屬性。首先引入動態(tài)混合加權(quán)聚合算子(DHWA),集成煤礦不同時期的HVB慣性度評價值;然后采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),對HVB慣性度驅(qū)動因素進(jìn)行慣性度評價并排序;最后以大安山煤礦為例進(jìn)行方法應(yīng)用,結(jié)果表明:MPHMADM評價結(jié)果與管理專家實際評價結(jié)果一致。根據(jù)排序結(jié)果,HVB干預(yù)可重點從組織管理方面入手,其次是礦工個體、作業(yè)環(huán)境安全度。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate miners' habitual violations effectively, the driving factors and different attributes of HVB inertial degree of miners were determined from the aspects of individual, organization and management of miners and safety degree of working environment on the basis of multi-period mixed multi-attribute decision method (MPHMADM). Firstly, the dynamic mixed weighted aggregation operator is introduced to integrate the HVB inertial degree evaluation value of coal mine in different periods, and then the approximate ideal solution ranking method is used to evaluate the inertial degree of HVB inertial degree driving factors. Finally, the application of the method in Da'anshan Coal Mine shows that the result of the evaluation of the Twain MPHMADM is consistent with the actual evaluation result of the management expert. According to the result of sequencing, the intervention of HVB can focus on organization and management, followed by individual miners and safety degree of working environment.
