極近距離下位煤層采準(zhǔn)巷道優(yōu)化布置及支護(hù)研究

【摘要】:極近距離煤層群在我國分布廣泛,國內(nèi)外對其開采難題有一定研究,但關(guān)于開采技術(shù)的相關(guān)理論成果較少,大多數(shù)為實踐性和經(jīng)驗性的總結(jié),因此深入研究極近距離煤層群開采,對實現(xiàn)礦井安全高效生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。 本文以五虎山煤礦為背景,以9#、10#煤層為研究對象,采用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬、力學(xué)計算相結(jié)合的綜合研究方法,對極近距離下位煤層采準(zhǔn)巷道的合理布置進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。 論文首先從定性、定量兩方面解釋了何為極近距離煤層群,從定性的角度分析:煤層層間距很小,且開采時上下相互影響明顯的煤層群為極近距離煤層群;從定量方面分析:將煤層底板損傷深度h作為劃分極近距離煤層的依據(jù),,即當(dāng)煤層間距h時為極近距離煤層群。緊接著文章介紹了工作面巷道四種布置方式的優(yōu)缺點。之后采用理論分析的方式,研究了煤柱合理寬度的留設(shè)、底板應(yīng)力傳遞及分布規(guī)律,以及上煤層開采底板損傷狀態(tài);在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析彈性區(qū)和極限平衡區(qū)的長度范圍,推算出巷道布置(外錯式)的理論錯距(外錯)計算公式,同理根據(jù)底板破壞范圍分析結(jié)論,推算出巷道內(nèi)錯式、平錯式的理論錯距公式,并結(jié)合五虎山煤礦的具體情況,最終確定1004工作面采用平錯式布置。然后通過FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬對9#煤層殘留煤柱下方各方案巷道的礦壓規(guī)律、巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析研究,充分驗證了理論分析的合理性。 最后采用力學(xué)計算的方法,對巷道支護(hù)材料作了深入研究,選定29U型鋼為1004巷道支護(hù)材料。工程實踐表明,支架在受到不均勻壓力時,極易產(chǎn)生變形、破壞,故提出了預(yù)防支護(hù)體產(chǎn)生受力不均的幾種方法,即把握好工程質(zhì)量、做好剎頂背幫工作、優(yōu)化巷道布置、增加支護(hù)材料支撐力。根據(jù)礦方開采效果反饋,該研究中巷道布置位置是合理的,支護(hù)方案及受力不均處理是有效的,對類似條件開采有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The very close distance coal seam group is widely distributed in our country. There is some research on the mining problem at home and abroad, but there are few related theoretical achievements on mining technology, most of which are the summary of practice and experience. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mining of very close-distance coal seams in order to realize mine safety and high-efficiency production. Taking Wuhushan coal mine as the background, taking 9 #y10# coal seam as the research object, using the comprehensive research method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and mechanical calculation, this paper systematically studies the reasonable arrangement of mining roadway at very close distance in coal seam. This paper first explains what is a very close distance coal seam group from the qualitative and quantitative aspects. From the qualitative point of view, the coal seam group with small coal layer spacing and obvious interaction between the upper and lower coal layers is a very close distance coal seam group; The quantitative analysis shows that the damage depth h of coal floor is taken as the basis for dividing the very close coal seam, that is, when the coal seam spacing h, it is a very close distance coal seam group. Then the article introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the four layout ways of working face roadway. Then, by means of theoretical analysis, the reasonable width of coal pillar, the law of stress transfer and distribution of floor, and the damage state of mining floor in upper coal seam are studied, and the length range of elastic zone and limit equilibrium zone are analyzed. The formula of theoretical offset (outer fault) of roadway layout is calculated. According to the conclusion of analysis on the failure range of floor plate, the formula of theoretical offset of roadway internal and flat fault is deduced, and the concrete situation of Wuhushan Coal Mine is combined. Finally, it is determined that 1004 working face adopts flat and wrong arrangement. Then, through FLAC3D numerical simulation, the rock pressure law and surrounding rock stability of roadway under residual pillar in 9# coal seam are analyzed and studied, which fully verifies the rationality of theoretical analysis. Finally, the mechanical calculation method is used to study the supporting material of roadway, and the 29U section steel is selected as the support material of 1004 roadway. The engineering practice shows that the support is easily deformed and destroyed when it is subjected to uneven pressure. Therefore, several methods to prevent the uneven force of the support body are put forward, that is, to grasp the engineering quality, to do well the work of the back of the brake roof, and to optimize the layout of the roadway. Increase the supporting force of the support material. According to the feedback of mining effect, the location of roadway layout is reasonable in this study, and the support scheme and uneven force treatment are effective, which has certain reference value for mining under similar conditions.
