綜合應(yīng)用VB和VBA語言的開采沉陷預(yù)計(jì)及治理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:礦區(qū)沉陷預(yù)計(jì)和采空區(qū)綜合治理是開采沉陷研究的重要內(nèi)容。現(xiàn)有的開采沉陷預(yù)計(jì)軟件程序功能單一,數(shù)據(jù)綜合處理能力較低,為此,綜合應(yīng)用采用VB(Visual basic)、VBA(Visual basic for application)語言,并結(jié)合SUFER、EXCEL和CAD軟件,開發(fā)了融合地表移動觀測站設(shè)計(jì)、資料整理、數(shù)據(jù)提取、擬合計(jì)算、殘余變形預(yù)計(jì)以及塌陷區(qū)綜合治理等功能為一體的軟件系統(tǒng)。首先通過加載VBA程序提高觀測站設(shè)計(jì)的自動化程度,增加了程序的可移植性;其次調(diào)用MATLAB擬合程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)對概率積分法預(yù)計(jì)參數(shù)的精確求取,并利用求取的概率積分法預(yù)計(jì)參數(shù)以及采礦地質(zhì)資料進(jìn)行開采沉陷預(yù)計(jì);然后通過調(diào)用SUFER、CAD軟件程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)開采沉陷預(yù)計(jì)的可視化。系統(tǒng)理論和實(shí)例分析表明,該系統(tǒng)一體化的設(shè)計(jì)提高了觀測數(shù)據(jù)的處理效率,有助于提高開采沉陷預(yù)計(jì)的針對性和精確性,此外,該系統(tǒng)特別增加了適用于條帶式、充填式采煤法的礦區(qū)地表沉陷預(yù)計(jì)模塊,可為"三下"采煤方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)以及礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾等提供科學(xué)依據(jù),為實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色開采提供參考。
[Abstract]:The prediction of mining subsidence and the comprehensive control of goaf are the important contents of mining subsidence research. The existing software for prediction of mining subsidence has a single function and low comprehensive data processing capacity. Therefore, the integrated application of VB(Visual basic software and Visual basic for application) language, combined with the software of SUFER-EXCEL and CAD, is used to develop the design and data arrangement of the ground movement observation station. The software system is composed of data extraction, fitting calculation, residual deformation prediction and comprehensive treatment of subsidence area. Firstly, the automation degree of the station design is improved by loading the VBA program, and the portability of the program is increased. Secondly, the accurate calculation of the predicted parameters of the probabilistic integral method is realized by using the MATLAB fitting program. The mining subsidence prediction is carried out by using the probabilistic integration method and the mining geological data, and the visualization of mining subsidence prediction is realized by using SUFER-CAD software program. The system theory and example analysis show that the integrated design of the system improves the processing efficiency of observation data and helps to improve the pertinence and accuracy of the prediction of mining subsidence. In addition, the system is especially suitable for strip type. The ground subsidence prediction module of backfill mining method can provide scientific basis for the optimization design of "three down" coal mining scheme, the protection of ecological environment in mining area and land reclamation in mining area, and provide a reference for the realization of green mining.
