微波輻射下煤體孔裂隙結(jié)構(gòu)演化特性

【摘要】:為了揭示微波能量對(duì)煤體孔裂隙結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用,設(shè)計(jì)了循環(huán)微波輻射實(shí)驗(yàn),采用紅外熱成像、超聲波探測(cè)、核磁共振和高精度X-CT掃描技術(shù)探討了不同微波輻射時(shí)間下,煤體孔裂隙結(jié)構(gòu)演化特性。結(jié)果表明:微波對(duì)煤體有開孔、疏孔和塌孔效應(yīng),其中開孔效應(yīng)和疏孔效應(yīng)占主導(dǎo),微波輻射增大了煤體總孔體積和孔間連通性,使束縛流體孔隙率和自由流體孔隙率分別增大了30.3%和167.9%。微波輻射后,煤體內(nèi)不同組分具有微波吸收異質(zhì)性,煤體升溫不均產(chǎn)生熱應(yīng)力,熱應(yīng)力撕裂原生裂隙并催生出新裂隙,從而導(dǎo)致NMR滲透率增大,超聲波波速減小。煤樣內(nèi)部微裂隙增多并于輻射1.5min后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹、大裂?從而在煤體中形成裂隙網(wǎng).
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the effect of microwave energy on the fracture structure of coal body, a circular microwave radiation experiment was designed. Infrared thermal imaging, ultrasonic detection, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high-precision X-CT scanning techniques were used to investigate different microwave radiation time. Evolution characteristics of pore and fissure structure in coal body. The results show that microwave has hole opening, pore thinning and caving effect on coal body, in which the hole opening effect and pore thinning effect are dominant, and microwave radiation increases the total pore volume and interpore connectivity of coal body. The porosity of bound fluid and free fluid increased by 30.3% and 167.9%, respectively. After microwave radiation, the different components of coal have the heterogeneity of microwave absorption, the thermal stress of coal is not uniform, the thermal stress tears the original fissure and creates a new fissure, which results in the increase of NMR permeability and the decrease of ultrasonic wave velocity. The microcracks in coal samples are increased and transformed into medium and large fractures after radiation of 1.5min, thus forming a fissure network in coal bodies.
