給料粒度對(duì)懸浮焙燒過程鐵礦物反應(yīng)行為的影響

【摘要】:綦江鐵礦石主要有用元素鐵含量為35.47%,鐵主要以赤鐵礦和菱鐵礦的形式存在,鐵在赤鐵礦和菱鐵礦中分布率分別為45.45%和51.11%。對(duì)磨至不同粒度礦石進(jìn)行懸浮焙燒—弱磁選試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,磨礦細(xì)度為-0.074 mm占50%時(shí),精礦指標(biāo)最佳。對(duì)磨至-0.074 mm占50%的產(chǎn)品篩析為+0.1、0.074~0.1、0.045~0.074、-0.045 mm 4個(gè)粒級(jí),分別進(jìn)行懸浮焙燒—弱磁選試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:給料粒度為0.074~0.1 mm和0.045~0.074 mm時(shí),獲得的精礦指標(biāo)相對(duì)較佳。對(duì)不同給料粒度焙燒產(chǎn)品的XRD和磁性分析結(jié)果表明:+0.1 mm粒級(jí)因顆粒粒度較大,反應(yīng)不完全,仍有部分赤鐵礦和菱鐵礦因未被還原而存在于還原物料中;0.074~0.1 mm和0.045~0.074 mm粒級(jí)焙燒產(chǎn)品中鐵礦物主要為磁性較強(qiáng)的磁鐵礦;-0.045 mm粒級(jí)焙燒產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生過還原現(xiàn)象,生成了弱磁性的浮氏體。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以為綦江鐵礦石懸浮焙燒工藝優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The main useful element iron content in Qijiang iron ore is 35.47%, iron mainly exists in the form of hematite and siderite, the distribution rate of iron in hematite and siderite is 45.45% and 51.11% respectively. The test results of suspension roasting and weak magnetic separation for different granularity ores show that when the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm to 50 mm, the concentrate index is the best. The test of suspension roasting and weak magnetic separation was carried out for the product which was ground to -0.074 mm and accounted for 50%. The sieve size was 0.10.74 ~ 0.45 ~ 0.045 ~ 0.074 ~ 0.045 mm and 0.074 ~ 0.045 mm respectively. The results show that when the feed granularity is 0.074 ~ 0. 1 mm and 0. 045 ~ 0. 074 mm, the concentrate index is relatively good. The results of XRD and magnetic analysis of roasted products with different feed granularity show that the reaction is incomplete because of the larger particle size. Some hematite and siderite still exist in the reduction materials because they are not reduced. The iron minerals are mainly magnetite with strong magnetic properties. A weakly magnetic floating body is formed. The test results can provide basis for optimization of suspension roasting process of Qijiang iron ore.
