【摘要】：為確定復采采場支架的合理承載,通過理論計算、現場觀測和頂板結構探測得到了復采再生頂板的結構分帶特征,建立了再生頂板結構模型;基于該結構模型,結合現場觀測和相似材料模擬實驗,構建了下分層回采"支架 再生頂板"結構力學模型,應用該力學模型推導了支架載荷表達式,并進行了實例計算和現場驗證。結果表明,再生頂板結構可分為"四帶",即膠結再生帶、弱膠結壓實帶、裂隙帶和彎曲下沉帶;再生頂板下回采下分層時,支架承載巖體可分為"兩區(qū)",即完全承載區(qū)(A區(qū))和部分承載區(qū)(B區(qū));應用所推導的支架載荷表達式進行了實例計算,計算結果得到了現場支架載荷監(jiān)測數據的驗證。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the reasonable bearing capacity of the remining stope support, through theoretical calculation, field observation and roof structure detection, the structural zonation characteristics of the regenerated roof of the complex mining are obtained, and the structure model of the regenerated roof is established based on the structural model. Combined with field observation and similar material simulation experiment, the structural mechanics model of "support roof regeneration" was constructed, and the load expression of support was derived by using the model, and an example was calculated and verified in the field. The results show that the regenerated roof structure can be divided into "four zones", that is, cemented regeneration zone, weak cemented compaction zone, fracture zone and bending subsidence zone, and when the regenerated roof is mined for stratification under the roof, The support bearing rock mass can be divided into "two zones", that is, complete bearing area (A) and partial bearing area (B area), and the calculated results are verified by the in-situ load monitoring data by using the derived support load expression.
