東坡煤礦綜放開采區(qū)段煤柱穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:綜合機(jī)械化放頂煤開采是我國厚煤層的主要開采方法之一,但具有回采率低的缺點(diǎn),其中區(qū)段煤柱的損失量占到了36.7%。研究綜放開采區(qū)段煤柱的穩(wěn)定性及合理寬度留設(shè),對保障回采巷道的穩(wěn)定,提高煤炭資源回采率,具有重要的意義。本論文以東坡煤礦4號煤層綜放工作面地質(zhì)條件為背景,通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)測、力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、物理相似模擬、數(shù)值計(jì)算、理論分析等研究方法,對綜放工作面區(qū)段煤柱的合理寬度進(jìn)行了研究。通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)測和巖石力學(xué)測定,得出了東坡煤礦404綜放工作面的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律和煤巖物理力學(xué)參數(shù),為工作面合理煤柱寬度的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)。運(yùn)用巖體的極限平衡理論得出了煤柱塑性區(qū)寬度,取中央彈性核寬度為2倍煤柱高度得出煤柱最小寬度為17.57 m。采用FLAC3D軟件,得出了綜放面不同寬度煤柱的變形破壞特征和支承壓力分布規(guī)律,分析了煤柱的穩(wěn)定性和合理寬度。通過物理相似模擬不同寬度煤柱,根據(jù)其變形、破壞狀態(tài)和支承壓力分布,得出煤柱寬度應(yīng)不小于18 m。結(jié)合以上研究結(jié)果,在壓力拱理論,有效區(qū)域理論和Wilson理論的基礎(chǔ)上,按照充分采動的程度,將煤柱分為三種狀態(tài),提出了煤柱動態(tài)載荷模型。第一種為首區(qū)段煤柱“拱形”結(jié)構(gòu)模型,煤柱主要承受采空區(qū)上方形成的“拱形”結(jié)構(gòu)下部的載荷;第二種為多工作面非充分采動模型,為多煤柱支撐“拱形”結(jié)構(gòu),隨著跨距增大,煤柱載荷也隨之增大,載荷公式在第一種模型基礎(chǔ)上按照拱高進(jìn)行修正;第三種為充分采動模型,煤柱承受控制區(qū)上覆巖層的重量,計(jì)算煤柱載荷。在煤柱載荷模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合Obert-Dwvall/Wang巖體強(qiáng)度理論,進(jìn)而給出了區(qū)段煤柱寬度的理論計(jì)算公式。論文的研究成果為東坡煤礦4號煤層綜放工作面合理區(qū)段煤柱寬度留設(shè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ),并對相似條件下煤柱寬度的留設(shè)具有一定的借鑒參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Synthetical mechanized top coal caving is one of the main mining methods of thick coal seam in our country, but it has the shortcoming of low recovery rate, in which the loss of coal pillar in section accounts for 36.7%. It is of great significance to study the stability and reasonable width of coal pillar in fully mechanized caving mining section to ensure the stability of mining roadway and to improve the recovery rate of coal resources. This paper takes the geological condition of No. 4 fully mechanized caving face in Dongpo Coal Mine as the background, through field measurement, mechanical experiment, physical similarity simulation, numerical calculation, theoretical analysis and other research methods. The reasonable width of coal pillar in fully-mechanized caving face is studied. Based on field measurement and rock mechanics measurement, the regularity of rock pressure behavior and the physical and mechanical parameters of coal and rock in 404 fully mechanized caving face of Dongpo Coal Mine are obtained, which provides a basis for the study of reasonable coal pillar width. The plastic zone width of coal pillar is obtained by using the limit equilibrium theory of rock mass, and the minimum width of coal pillar is 17.57 m when the width of central elastic core is 2 times the height of coal pillar. By using FLAC3D software, the characteristics of deformation and failure and the distribution of supporting pressure of coal pillars with different widths of fully mechanized caving face are obtained, and the stability and reasonable width of coal pillars are analyzed. According to its deformation, failure state and distribution of supporting pressure, it is concluded that the width of coal pillar should not be less than 18 m by simulating the different width of coal pillar by physical similarity. On the basis of the pressure arch theory, effective region theory and Wilson theory, and according to the degree of full mining, the coal pillar is divided into three kinds of states, and the dynamic load model of coal pillar is put forward. The first is the "arch" structure model of the coal pillar in the first section, which mainly bears the load of the "arch" structure formed above the goaf, and the second one is the multi-face incomplete mining model, which supports the "arch" structure with the multi-coal pillar. With the increase of span, the load of coal pillar also increases, the load formula is modified according to the arch height on the basis of the first model, and the third is the full mining model, the coal pillar bears the weight of overlying strata in the control area, and calculates the load of coal pillar. Based on the load model of coal pillar and Obert-Dwvall/Wang rock mass strength theory, the theoretical calculation formula of pillar width is given. The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable length of pillar width in No. 4 fully mechanized caving face of Dongpo Coal Mine, and have a certain reference value for retaining the width of coal pillar under similar conditions.
