電解鋁廢陰極炭的浮選條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為有效回收電解鋁廢陰極中的炭,本文首先利用掃描電鏡及電子能譜儀得到了廢陰極的表面形貌及其元素組成,然后通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)研究了樣品粒徑、礦漿濃度、充氣量、浮選機(jī)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、刮板速度、加藥前空攪時(shí)間、抑制劑投加量等因素對(duì)浮選效果的影響,然后以炭的回收率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),利用正交試驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了浮選條件。結(jié)果表明:廢陰極平均含炭量為20.455%;樣品粒徑、礦漿濃度、充氣量、浮選機(jī)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、刮板速度等因素對(duì)浮選效果影響較大;最佳浮選條件為粒徑120~140目、礦漿濃度15%、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速2200r/min、充氣量0.25m~3/h、刮板速度20r/min,此浮選條件下炭回收率可達(dá)78.18%。
[Abstract]:In order to recover effectively the carbon from the waste cathode of electrolytic aluminum, the surface morphology and elemental composition of the waste cathode were obtained by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron energy spectrometer (EDS), and the particle size, slurry concentration and aeration volume of the waste cathode were studied by single factor test. The factors such as the spindle speed of flotation machine, the speed of scraper, the time of stirring before adding medicine, and the dosage of depressant have influence on the flotation effect. Then the flotation conditions are further optimized by orthogonal test with the carbon recovery rate as the evaluation index. The results show that the average carbon content of waste cathode is 20.455, sample diameter, slurry concentration, aeration rate, spindle speed of flotation machine, scraper speed and other factors have great influence on flotation effect, and the optimum flotation conditions are 120 ~ (140) mesh diameter. The pulp concentration is 15, the spindle speed is 2200r / min, the aeration rate is 0.25mg / h, and the scraper speed is 20r / min. Under this flotation condition, the recovery rate of carbon can reach 78.18%.
