煤礦機械裝備虛擬拆裝公共服務平臺集成設計

【摘要】:煤礦機械信息化建設是煤礦機械發(fā)展的重要組成部分,山西省煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢,缺乏創(chuàng)新能力,這就使煤礦機械進入了一個低潮期。山西省煤礦機械校企信息化建設存在應用服務層面缺乏統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃、系統(tǒng)集成層面缺乏統(tǒng)一的集成框架體系并且集成度低、集成平臺信息資源匱乏不全面等問題。因此如何利用先進的理論和技術對煤礦機械裝備多系統(tǒng)進行集成,構建界面友好、服務度高、迎合時代發(fā)展、煤機信息資源廣泛完善的煤礦機械公共服務平臺以解決山西省煤礦機械設備資源分散且少、幫助山西省中小企業(yè)提高設計能力、提高山西省煤炭專業(yè)以及煤機企業(yè)人員對煤礦機械設備的認知能力,成為目前亟需要解決的重要課題。通過查閱文獻、學術交流、專家訪談等方式了解到山西省煤礦機械裝備企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,綜述了國內(nèi)外虛擬拆裝、平臺集成、公共服務平臺的相關研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,以軟件工程學、信息學、系統(tǒng)科學做作為理論指導,利用多媒體信息技術、Web Service技術、虛擬現(xiàn)實技術、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術,SOA技術設計集成了煤礦機械裝備虛擬拆裝公共服務平臺。主要工作體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:(1)結合煤礦機械裝備的特點、分析山西煤機企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及行業(yè)不足,對多系統(tǒng)集成的理論與技術進行了研究并根據(jù)這些內(nèi)容進行了平臺集成需求分析,構建了微內(nèi)核與插件相結合的,基于SOA理論Web Service的技術架構。附加功能穿插于平臺主體之上。(2)結合國內(nèi)外相似集成平臺研究,充分分析了山西煤礦機械行業(yè)發(fā)展需求,探討了煤礦機械裝備多系統(tǒng)集成研究的必要性,確定了進行多系統(tǒng)集成的目標、方案、總體技術路線、邏輯結構框架。(3)從系統(tǒng)的總體設計、功能結構特點、主要應用技術、系統(tǒng)界面友好度等方面對將要集成的煤礦機械裝備虛擬拆裝系統(tǒng)、煤礦機械裝備知識資源系統(tǒng)、煤礦機械裝備數(shù)字模型資源系統(tǒng)進行了全面、細致的分析,并對三個子系統(tǒng)進行了資源擴充以及功能改進。(4)應用DreamweaverCS5、Visual Studio2010軟件設計了平臺多級頁面,對平臺進行了結構分層、總體業(yè)務邏輯設計、軟硬件需求分析規(guī)劃,應用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術以及SQLserver2008設計了集成平臺的所有數(shù)據(jù)庫,包括虛擬現(xiàn)實資源庫、后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫、知識資源數(shù)據(jù)庫等,并設計了平臺的網(wǎng)絡邏輯結構。研究設計了平臺的運行機制以及附加的在線課程學習功能。(5)針對集成系統(tǒng)需求分析對平臺進行了測試與發(fā)布,對主體功能邏輯、付加功能邏輯、子系統(tǒng)功能使用都進行了嚴謹細致的測試,并對主體功能虛擬拆裝功能進行了多實例分析。最終建立了煤礦機械裝備虛擬拆裝公共服務平臺,致力與山西省中小型煤機企業(yè)的發(fā)展。平臺信息資源涉及范圍廣且資源量巨大,虛擬現(xiàn)實資源豐富,研發(fā)設計人員可以通過虛擬拆裝模塊快速了解煤機結構功能、可以通過知識資源模塊快速準確了解相關知識、可以通過三維模型模塊下載使用三維模型進行在線輔助設計,為產(chǎn)品研發(fā)開辟出了另一種方式。學校人員以及企業(yè)人員可以通過輔助教學功能進行技術培訓、實驗教學以提高相關人員對煤礦機械設備的了解與使用。
[Abstract]:The construction of coal mine machinery information is an important part of the development of coal mine machinery. The development of coal enterprises in Shanxi province is slow and lack of innovation ability. This makes coal mining machinery enter a low tide period. There is a lack of unified planning in the application service level of the informatization construction of coal mining machinery in Shanxi Province, and there is a lack of a unified integrated frame in the level of system integration. How to use advanced theory and technology to integrate the multi system of coal mine machinery and equipment with advanced theory and technology, so as to build a coal mine machinery public service platform to solve coal mining in Shanxi province. The resources of mine machinery and equipment are scattered and small, which helps the small and medium enterprises in Shanxi to improve their design ability, improve the coal specialty of Shanxi province and the cognition ability of coal machinery and equipment to the coal mine machinery and equipment. It is an important issue to be solved urgently. Through consulting documents, academic exchanges and expert interviews, the coal mine machinery assembly in Shanxi province is understood. The present situation and existing problems of the preparation of enterprises are reviewed. The related research status and development trend of virtual disassembly, platform integration and public service platform at home and abroad are summarized, with the guidance of the theory of software engineering, information science and system science, and the use of multimedia information technology, Web Service technology, virtual reality technology, database technology, and SOA technical design set. It has become a public service platform for virtual disassembly and disassembly of coal mine machinery and equipment. The main work is as follows: (1) combining the characteristics of the coal mine machinery and equipment, the present situation and the shortage of the Shanxi coal machine enterprise are analyzed. The theory and technology of the multi system integration are studied and the platform integration requirement analysis is carried out according to these contents, and the construction of the platform is constructed. The combination of the micro kernel and the plug-in, the technical architecture based on the SOA theory Web Service. The additional functions are interspersed on the platform body. (2) combining the domestic and foreign similar integrated platform, the development requirements of the Shanxi coal mine machinery industry are fully analyzed, the necessity of the multi system integration Research of the coal mine machinery and equipment is discussed, and the multi system integration is determined. (3) from the overall design of the system, the features of the function structure, the main application technology and the friendly interface of the system, the virtual disassembly system, the knowledge resource system of coal mine machinery and equipment and the digital model resource system of coal mine machinery and equipment will be integrated. Surface, detailed analysis, and the three subsystems to carry out the resource expansion and function improvement. (4) the application of DreamweaverCS5, Visual Studio2010 software design platform multilevel pages, the platform is layered structure, overall business logic design, software and hardware requirements analysis planning, application database technology and SQLserver2008 design integration flat. All databases of the platform, including virtual reality resource base, backstage database, knowledge resource database, etc., and design the network logic structure of the platform. Research and design the operation mechanism of the platform and the additional online course learning function. (5) to test and publish the platform for the requirement analysis of the integrated system, and pay for the main function logic. With the function logic, the function of the subsystem is tested carefully, and the virtual disassembly and disassembly function of the main function is analyzed. Finally, the public service platform for the virtual disassembly and disassembly of the coal mine machinery and equipment is established, and it is committed to the development of the small and medium coal enterprises in Shanxi province. The virtual reality resources are rich. The R & D designers can quickly understand the coal machine structure function through the virtual disassembly module. It can understand the relevant knowledge quickly and accurately through the knowledge resource module. The 3D model module can be downloaded and used in the 3D model for online auxiliary design, which opens out another way for the product research and development. As well as enterprise personnel can carry on the technical training through the auxiliary teaching function, the experimental teaching enhances the related personnel to the coal mine machinery equipment's understanding and the use.
