【摘要】：針對(duì)煤礦噴霧降塵技術(shù)降塵效率低、粉塵不易被潤(rùn)濕的問(wèn)題,選取表面活性劑復(fù)配成潤(rùn)濕劑加入水中,以改善煤塵潤(rùn)濕效果,從而提高降塵效率。通過(guò)煤塵沉降實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)7種不同類(lèi)型的表面活性劑進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,從中選擇潤(rùn)濕煤塵效果較好的2種非離子表面活性劑和2種陰離子表面活性劑進(jìn)行兩兩復(fù)配,得到6種復(fù)配潤(rùn)濕劑。將復(fù)配潤(rùn)濕劑加入水中再次進(jìn)行煤塵沉降實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)配潤(rùn)濕劑比潤(rùn)濕劑單體更能有效改善煤塵潤(rùn)濕效果。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of low dust removal efficiency and difficult wetting of dust in coal mine spray dust control technology, surface active agents were selected to add wetting agent to water in order to improve the wetting effect of coal dust and improve the dust removal efficiency. Through coal dust settling experiment, 7 different kinds of surfactants were selected, and two kinds of Nonionic surfactants and two anionic surfactants with good wetting effect were selected. Six kinds of compound wetting agents were obtained. It is found that the mixed wetting agent can improve the wetting effect of coal dust more effectively than the monomer of the compound wetting agent by adding the compound wetting agent into the water to carry out the coal dust settling experiment again.
