煤礦企業(yè)指揮調度系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年煤礦企業(yè)安全事故多發(fā),造成人民生命和財產的損失,單靠傳統(tǒng)的事后處理方式已經(jīng)很難應對。為此我公司針對目前煤礦企業(yè)指揮調度存在的問題,通過運用信息化手段開發(fā)指揮調度系統(tǒng),減少災害帶來的負面影響,保障煤礦工人的生命安全。很多煤礦企業(yè)應急系統(tǒng)都是針對井上指揮人員在事發(fā)后進行應急救援而建立的,而沒有將事前監(jiān)管和事后決策統(tǒng)一起來,造成事前監(jiān)管形同虛設,事后救援不能及時到位。我公司針對這種情況,開發(fā)了煤礦企業(yè)指揮調度系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用預防為主,,事后救援為輔的方針,做到問題及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、及時調度、及時解決,借助現(xiàn)代化的科技手段,使煤礦企業(yè)安全指揮調度向著智能化、可視化方向發(fā)展。 煤礦企業(yè)指揮調度系統(tǒng)通過采用無線通信、攝像頭監(jiān)控、GIS等技術,開發(fā)災害預警、安全生產監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、通過大屏幕實現(xiàn)視訊會商、安全生產應急指揮調度,實現(xiàn)了煤礦生產指揮調度安全的集中式管理,當煤礦發(fā)生事故時,立即啟動指揮調度,減少事故產生。 系統(tǒng)采用C/S和B/S相結合的架構模式,通過WIFI無線通信系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)煤礦企業(yè)系統(tǒng)全覆蓋,通過整合井下定位、視頻、語音、監(jiān)控的集成式的綜合性平臺。運用VOIP語音通話技術,實現(xiàn)煤礦企業(yè)井上和井下人員之間的清晰通信。通過采用高清分辨率的監(jiān)控視頻攝像頭進行井下情況監(jiān)控;通過井下定位與電子地圖相結合,對煤礦企業(yè)井下人員進行位置管理,隨時查看人員在井下的分布情況,人員運行歷史軌跡的回放;環(huán)境監(jiān)控方面通過Android手機系統(tǒng),即可以記錄勘測數(shù)據(jù)、地質數(shù)據(jù)、物質管理信息,并能夠將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給安監(jiān)部門。 本論文是對煤礦企業(yè)指揮調度系統(tǒng)項目的需求分析過程、體系架構設計過程、數(shù)據(jù)庫設計過程以及系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)各階段進行整理而形成的,為今后建設類似項目提供借鑒作用。目前系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)上線試運行,階段性目標已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, safety accidents in coal mining enterprises are frequent, resulting in the loss of people's lives and property. For this reason, our company aims at the problems existing in the command and dispatch of coal mine enterprises at present, develops the command and dispatch system by means of information technology, reduces the negative influence brought by the disaster, and guarantees the safety of the coal miners' lives. Many coal mine emergency systems are set up for the well commanding personnel to carry out emergency rescue after the accident, without unifying the prior supervision and the post decision, resulting in the virtual supervision before the event, and the rescue after the accident can not be put in place in time. My company in view of this situation, the development of a coal enterprise command and scheduling system. This system adopts the policy of prevention as the main, rescue after the event as auxiliary, so that the problems can be found, dispatched and solved in time. With the help of modern scientific and technological means, the safety command and dispatch of coal mine enterprises will develop towards the direction of intellectualization and visualization. Through the adoption of wireless communication, camera monitoring and GIS technology, the command and dispatch system of coal mine enterprise develops disaster early warning, safety production monitoring and control system, realizes video consultation through large screen, and emergency command and dispatch for safe production. The centralized management of coal mine production command and dispatch safety is realized. When coal mine accidents occur, the command dispatch is immediately started and the accidents are reduced. The system adopts the architecture mode of combining C / S and B / S, realizes the coal mine enterprise system full coverage through the WIFI wireless communication system, and integrates the integrated platform of the underground positioning, video, voice and monitoring. The VOIP voice communication technology is used to realize the clear communication between the well and the downhole personnel in the coal mine enterprise. Through the use of high-definition video surveillance camera to monitor the underground situation, through the combination of downhole positioning and electronic map, the position management of underground personnel in coal mining enterprises is carried out, and the distribution of personnel in the underground is checked at any time. Android mobile phone system can record the survey data, geological data, material management information, and can send the data to the security supervision department. This paper is formed from the process of requirement analysis, system architecture design, database design and system realization of the command and dispatch system project of coal mine enterprises, which provides reference for the construction of similar projects in the future. At present, the system has been online trial operation, the stage goal has been achieved.
