【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)有地震信號降噪方法處理地震剖面的彎曲同相軸效果不佳,提出聯(lián)合局部線性嵌入(LLE)和奇異值分解(SVD)方法的地震信號降噪技術(shù)。利用LLE的重構(gòu)思想,對地震數(shù)據(jù)采樣點用其近鄰進行重構(gòu),實現(xiàn)非線性模式的彎曲同相軸的線性化處理,并去除一定程度的隨機噪聲;根據(jù)地震資料有效信號具有良好相關(guān)性的特性,采用SVD分解對LLE重構(gòu)后的地震數(shù)據(jù)進行有效信號和噪聲分離,剔除不相干的噪聲,最終實現(xiàn)地震數(shù)據(jù)的隨機噪聲壓制。在正演模型和真實地震資料上進行了實驗,實驗結(jié)果表明:與傳統(tǒng)SVD方法相比,提出的方法很好地消除了隨機噪聲,有效信號基本上無丟失。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the poor effect of existing seismic signal de-noising methods in dealing with the bending cophase axis of seismic profile, a new seismic signal de-noising technique combining local linear embedding (LLE) method and singular value decomposition (SVD) method is proposed. Based on the reconstruction idea of LLE, the sampling points of seismic data are reconstructed by their nearest neighbors to realize the linearization of the bending cophase axis of nonlinear mode, and to remove the random noise to a certain extent. According to the good correlation characteristic of the effective signal of seismic data, SVD decomposition is used to separate the effective signal and noise from the reconstructed seismic data of LLE, and the irrelevant noise is eliminated, and finally the random noise suppression of seismic data is realized. Experiments on forward modeling and real seismic data show that compared with the traditional SVD method, the proposed method can eliminate the random noise and the effective signal is basically no loss.
