【摘要】：介紹了長距離管道輸煤煤漿制備過程中,通過優(yōu)化給出的煤漿制備控制標準:煤漿顆粒小于0.044mm所占比例大于20%,最大顆粒小于1.2mm,煤漿流變特性剛度系數η大于25MPa·s,為保證煤漿管道的運輸安全提供了科學依據。另外,借用前期固、液兩相流研究推導的阻力損失和不淤流速的半理論半經驗公式,通過管道輸煤資料回歸的經驗系數,對國內外輸煤實驗資料,美國Black Measa輸煤管線工程資料驗證,誤差不超過10%,說明推導的公式具有較高精度,可以用于輸煤計算。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of coal slurry for long distance pipeline transportation is introduced. By optimizing the control standard of coal slurry preparation: the proportion of coal slurry particles less than 0.044mm is more than 20, the maximum particle is less than 1.2 mm, and the stiffness coefficient 畏 of rheological property of coal slurry is greater than 25MPa s, which provides a scientific basis for ensuring the transportation safety of coal slurry pipeline. In addition, by using the semi-theoretical semi-empirical formula of resistance loss and non-silt velocity derived from the study of solid-liquid two-phase flow in the early stage, the experimental data of coal transportation at home and abroad are obtained through the regression empirical coefficient of pipeline coal transport data. American Black Measa coal pipeline engineering data verification, the error is not more than 10, it shows that the derived formula has a high accuracy, can be used for coal transportation calculation.
