【摘要】：為提高尾礦庫(kù)這一礦山重大危險(xiǎn)源安全監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)化水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化安全監(jiān)管,提出了全壽命周期DADT循環(huán)管控技術(shù)理論。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)首先需要整合管控對(duì)象的三維數(shù)字化測(cè)控成果與調(diào)研資料,建立全壽命周期"健康檔案",其次運(yùn)用DADT循環(huán)管控方法,同時(shí)耦合相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù),"診斷、分析、設(shè)計(jì)、治理"管控對(duì)象的安全特征要素,發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決安全隱患。結(jié)合尾礦庫(kù)自身特點(diǎn)與測(cè)控成果,闡述了尾礦庫(kù)全壽命周期DADT循環(huán)管控技術(shù)的運(yùn)行流程。以白馬尾礦庫(kù)為例,在三維點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上建立實(shí)體模型,運(yùn)用全壽命周期DADT循環(huán)管控技術(shù),耦合調(diào)洪演算過(guò)程,結(jié)果表明,尾礦庫(kù)在后期堆排過(guò)程中,庫(kù)區(qū)會(huì)出現(xiàn)"封閉水域",提前發(fā)現(xiàn)并科學(xué)解決了尾礦庫(kù)排洪隱患。全壽命周期DADT循環(huán)管控技術(shù)的運(yùn)用,克服了以往安全監(jiān)管對(duì)管控對(duì)象安全狀況系統(tǒng)性掌控的不足,有利于精確處理安全隱患,為數(shù)字化安全監(jiān)管的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了一種全新思路。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the systematic level of safety supervision and control of tailing reservoir as a major mine hazard source and to realize digital safety supervision, the theory of DADT cycle management and control technology for the whole life cycle is put forward. This technology first needs to integrate the 3D digital measurement and control results and survey data of the control object, establish the whole life cycle "health file", then use the DADT cycle management and control method, at the same time coupling the related professional technology, "diagnosis, analysis, design," Manage the safety features of the control object, discover and solve the hidden danger. Based on the characteristics of tailings reservoir and the results of measurement and control, the operation flow of DADT cycle control technology in the whole life cycle of tailing reservoir is expounded. Taking Baima tailings reservoir as an example, the solid model is established on the basis of 3D point cloud data, and the whole life cycle DADT cycle control technique is used to couple the flood adjustment and calculation process. The results show that the tailings reservoir is in the late stage of pile discharge process. "closed water area" will appear in the reservoir area, and the hidden danger of flood discharge in tailing reservoir can be found and solved scientifically in advance. The application of life-cycle DADT cycle management and control technology overcomes the shortage of systematic control of the safety condition of the control object in the past, which is helpful to deal with the hidden danger of safety accurately, and provides a new way for the realization of digital safety supervision.
