【摘要】：針對伊春低品位輝鉬礦,采用浮選工藝獲得高品位鉬精礦。采用單因素試驗方法,重點考察了藥劑制度(p H值、混合抑制劑用量、捕收劑用量、起泡劑用量)及物理因素(磨礦粒度、溫度、浮選轉速、充氣量、刮泡時間)對浮選指標的綜合影響。單因素試驗結果表明,當礦漿濃度為45%時,該輝鉬礦浮選的最佳工藝條件為:溫度20℃、p H值8.7,混合抑制劑用量600 g/t,捕收劑用量115 g/t,起泡劑用量60 g/t、磨礦粒度為-74μm占70.93%,浮選轉速2000 r/min,充氣量0.3 m3/h、刮泡時間8 min;此條件下經"一粗一掃"工藝,可獲得鉬品位2.81%、回收率為94.62%的粗鉬精礦�；诖藘�(yōu)化條件,采用"一粗六精一掃"的開路試驗流程,可獲得品位為45.68%、回收率為31.75%的鉬精礦,而采用"一粗六精一掃、中礦順序返回"的閉路試驗流程,最終可獲得品位為40.32%、回收率為93.28%的鉬精礦。
