驅(qū)動(dòng)力對(duì)瓦斯水合分離效果影響

【摘要】:利用可視化攪拌式瓦斯水合分離實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,開(kāi)展了4種驅(qū)動(dòng)力下3種瓦斯氣樣水合分離實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了水合分離速率、回收率、分配系數(shù)等目標(biāo)參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:驅(qū)動(dòng)力由1 MPa提升至4 MPa的過(guò)程中,3種氣樣的水合分離速率分別由1.394×10~(-6),1.162×10~(-6),0.943×10~(-6)m~3/min遞增至1.55×10~(-6),1.564×10~(-6),1.609×10~(-6)m~3/min;CH4分離濃度分別由85.89%,77.15%,71.15%遞增至91.61%,81.72%,77.17%,CH4回收率分別由6.22%,6.75%,8.79%遞增至10.13%,10.25%,11.39%;分配系數(shù)分別由1.10,1.17,1.23遞增至1.21,1.26,1.33。分析認(rèn)為,驅(qū)動(dòng)力增大可以改善瓦斯水合分離效果,加快水合分離進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three kinds of gas sample hydration separation experiments were carried out under four kinds of driving forces using a visual agitated experimental device for gas hydration separation.
