【摘要】：本文以淮南礦業(yè)集團(tuán)丁集煤礦1272(3)工作面地質(zhì)報(bào)告和現(xiàn)場礦壓觀測數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),利用FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬方法模擬工作面開挖過程,分析采場覆巖的應(yīng)力、位移、破壞變化的過程。根據(jù)關(guān)鍵層理論分析了丁集煤礦關(guān)鍵層分布特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)礦山壓力顯現(xiàn)的影響,通過理論計(jì)算分析了關(guān)鍵層的承載特點(diǎn),計(jì)算出老頂垮落極限步距和周期來壓步距；根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)測資料分析丁集煤礦大采高長工作面礦壓規(guī)律,繪制了工作面開采過程中液壓支架循環(huán)末阻力等值線圖,與數(shù)值模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較,重點(diǎn)分析了沿工作面布置方向礦壓顯現(xiàn)的特征。根據(jù)工作面回采期間液壓支架工作阻力數(shù)據(jù)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 結(jié)合前人研究成果和自己研究對(duì)大采高綜采長工作面的研究認(rèn)識(shí),闡述了大采高綜采長工作面礦壓特點(diǎn),為丁集煤礦生產(chǎn)管理提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the geological report and on - site mine pressure observation data of Dingji coal mine in Huaian Mining Group , this paper simulates the process of mining face excavation by using the FLAC3D numerical simulation method , analyzes the characteristics of the key stratum distribution and its influence on the mine pressure , analyses the bearing characteristics of the key stratum by theoretical calculation , and calculates the limit step distance and the cycle of the old roof fall ;
Based on the field test data , the regularity of mine pressure in the large mining face of Dingji coal mine is analyzed , and the contour map of the end resistance of the hydraulic support during the mining process of the working face is drawn . Compared with the numerical simulation experiment , the characteristics of the mine pressure appearing along the working face layout direction are analyzed , and the adaptability of the working resistance data of the hydraulic support during the mining face is evaluated .

Combined with the previous research results and the research on the large mining height fully mechanized mining face , this paper expounds the characteristics of mining pressure in the long working face of large mining and fully mechanized mining face , and provides theoretical support for the production management of Dingji coal mine .
