基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的安全注意力專(zhuān)注與衰減研究

【摘要】:為探索高危崗位員工安全事故發(fā)生概率與人機(jī)作業(yè)效率的平衡性機(jī)制,分析安全注意力與其影響因素間的因果關(guān)系,基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)(SD)原理,構(gòu)建高危工作情境下安全注意力的影響因素系統(tǒng)模型。以煤礦礦工為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用Vensim軟件進(jìn)行模擬仿真試驗(yàn),探究礦工在特定系統(tǒng)變量條件下安全注意力專(zhuān)注、衰減及專(zhuān)注-衰減-專(zhuān)注過(guò)程的變化過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明,合理安排礦工的工作和休息時(shí)間能夠保證安全事故發(fā)生概率與人機(jī)作業(yè)效率平衡性,并可降低礦工安全事故的發(fā)生概率。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the balance mechanism between safety accident probability and man-machine operation efficiency, and analyze the causality between safety attention and its influencing factors, based on the principle of system dynamics (SDD). A systematic model of factors influencing safety attention in high-risk work was established. Taking the coal miners as the research object, the Vensim software was used to simulate and simulate the process of the miner's safety attention focus, attenuation and attenuation-attenuation-focus process under the condition of specific system variables. The results show that reasonable arrangement of working and rest time can ensure the balance between safety accident probability and man-machine operation efficiency, and reduce the probability of miner safety accident.
