深海揚(yáng)礦泵導(dǎo)葉結(jié)構(gòu)中粗顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)特性研究

【摘要】:揚(yáng)礦泵作為深海采礦水力提升系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)安全、高效輸送礦石有著重要作用。通過(guò)對(duì)揚(yáng)礦泵導(dǎo)葉區(qū)域中的顆粒進(jìn)行受力分析,建立受力方程和運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,從揚(yáng)礦泵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和輸送參數(shù)兩個(gè)方面來(lái)研究顆粒在揚(yáng)礦泵導(dǎo)葉中的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況。研究結(jié)果表明:1)當(dāng)顆粒粒徑一定的條件下,相比于25°和30°的導(dǎo)葉進(jìn)口安放角θ,15°~20°時(shí)顆粒將在更短的時(shí)間內(nèi)以更快的速度與導(dǎo)葉壁面發(fā)生碰撞,這樣對(duì)導(dǎo)葉的磨損更嚴(yán)重,但當(dāng)θ大于25°時(shí),導(dǎo)葉曲面彎曲過(guò)急,不利于顆粒過(guò)泵,因此,在此研究中選擇導(dǎo)葉進(jìn)口安放角為25°較合適;2)流道寬度小于3d_(max),顆粒與導(dǎo)葉碰撞位置越靠近導(dǎo)葉進(jìn)口,碰撞時(shí)顆粒的速度越大,對(duì)泵的磨損越嚴(yán)重,流道寬度大于3d_(max),導(dǎo)葉的導(dǎo)流效果降低,綜合考慮,選擇流道寬度為3 d_(max)較佳;3)當(dāng)水流速度在2~5 m/s時(shí),顆粒與導(dǎo)葉碰撞瞬間,水流速度大的工況下,顆粒會(huì)以更大的速度與導(dǎo)葉碰撞,這樣對(duì)機(jī)械的磨損更嚴(yán)重;4)細(xì)顆粒不容易與導(dǎo)葉碰撞,同一流速下,粒徑越大的顆粒在導(dǎo)葉中的停留時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),會(huì)增加堵泵的概率。
[Abstract]:As the key equipment in the hydraulic lifting system of deep-sea mining, the design parameters of the lifting pump play an important role in the safe and efficient transportation of ore. Through the force analysis of the particles in the guide vane area of the lifting pump, the force equation and the motion equation are established, and the movement of the particles in the guide vane of the lifting pump is studied from two aspects: the structure parameters and the transport parameters of the lifting pump. The results show that when the particle size is constant, the particle will collide with the guide vane wall at a faster speed in a shorter time than at the inlet angle of 25 擄and 30 擄, 胃 15 擄or 20 擄, thus the wear of the guide vane will be more serious. However, when 胃 is greater than 25 擄, the curved surface of the guide vane is bent too fast, which is not conducive to the particle over-pump. Therefore, in this study, it is more appropriate to choose the inlet angle of the guide vane to be 25 擄) the width of the channel is less than 3 d / min, and the collision position between the particle and the guide vane is closer to the inlet of the guide vane. The larger the particle velocity at the impact, the more serious the wear on the pump. The width of the passage is larger than 3 d / m / s, and the guide vane's diversion effect is reduced. When considering the flow channel width of 3 d / m), the better one is 3)) when the flow velocity is at 2 ~ 5 m / s, the particle collides with the guide vane. When the flow velocity is high, the particles will collide with the guide vane at a greater velocity, so that the mechanical wear is more serious. The fine particles are not easy to collide with the guide vane. At the same velocity of flow, the larger the particle size is, the longer the residence time in the guide vane is. Will increase the probability of plugging the pump.
