【摘要】：不安全行為的認(rèn)知、監(jiān)控水平事關(guān)煤礦事故預(yù)防的有效性。近年來(lái),國(guó)家對(duì)煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)給予了極大的關(guān)注,采取了一系列的措施,煤礦企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)有所穩(wěn)定和好轉(zhuǎn)。盡管如此,煤炭行業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻。眾多煤礦安全事故調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示,90%以上的事故發(fā)生在生產(chǎn)班組,其中的80%是由于生產(chǎn)班組作業(yè)中的不安全行為引發(fā)的。在我國(guó)煤礦安全管理中,生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為雖然不斷的得到強(qiáng)調(diào),但從安全研究角度而言還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,對(duì)于生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為的產(chǎn)生原因、影響機(jī)制和影響強(qiáng)度等都沒(méi)有得到足夠的研究和重視。根據(jù)煤礦的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合不安全行為理論及研究目的,界定了煤礦生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為的內(nèi)涵;在統(tǒng)計(jì)劃分煤礦生產(chǎn)班組類(lèi)別的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和分類(lèi)調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)煤礦生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,確定了綜采所涉生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為的具體表現(xiàn)形式�；诘V工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知、危險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知和行為響應(yīng)過(guò)程,提出了礦工個(gè)體不安全行為產(chǎn)生機(jī)理,并給出了產(chǎn)生途徑;基于進(jìn)化博弈理論定量分析了礦工不安全行為的動(dòng)態(tài)演化規(guī)律;提出了基于致因的礦工不安全行為分類(lèi)方法,并分析了礦工不安全行為的特征。首次界定了煤礦生產(chǎn)班組群體不安全行為的內(nèi)涵,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、資料分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪(fǎng)談等方法確定了其影響因素集;運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析和層次分析法,對(duì)各影響因素進(jìn)行了重要度排序,選取重要度較高的因素進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析。構(gòu)建了生產(chǎn)班組群體不安全行為形成的初始理論模型,基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)并運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)初始理論模型進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);根據(jù)初始理論模型對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的擬合結(jié)果,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了修正,對(duì)修正后的理論模型進(jìn)行了路徑分析。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果表明:班組長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、班組凝聚力、班組安全規(guī)范、班組安全文化和班組作業(yè)環(huán)境對(duì)班組群體不安全行為的形成均有顯著的影響;班組長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的影響程度最大,且班組長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)又通過(guò)班組凝聚力間接地影響班組群體不安全行為。最后針對(duì)班組礦工個(gè)體和班組群體不安全行為所涉及的要素和形成過(guò)程,提出了煤礦生產(chǎn)班組不安全行為的控制對(duì)策;控制對(duì)策主要包括五個(gè)方面:監(jiān)管安全行為薄弱礦工,選拔優(yōu)秀煤礦班組長(zhǎng),提升生產(chǎn)班組凝聚力,建設(shè)良好班組安全文化,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)班組作業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The cognition and monitoring level of unsafe behavior is related to the effectiveness of coal mine accident prevention. In recent years, the state has paid great attention to the safety of coal mine production, and adopted a series of measures to stabilize and improve the safety production situation of coal mining enterprises. Nevertheless, the coal industry's safe production situation is still grim. The results of many coal mine safety accidents investigation show that more than 90% of accidents occur in production teams, 80% of which are caused by unsafe behavior in production teams. In the coal mine safety management of our country, although the unsafe behavior of production shift group is emphasized constantly, it is far from enough from the angle of safety research, and the reason of unsafe behavior of production shift group is not enough. The influence mechanism and influence intensity have not been studied and paid enough attention to. According to the characteristics of coal mine production, combined with unsafe behavior theory and research purpose, this paper defines the connotation of unsafe behavior of coal production teams and groups, and adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and classified investigation on the basis of statistical classification of coal mine production groups. The unsafe behavior of coal production teams is investigated and the concrete forms of unsafe behaviors of production teams involved in fully mechanized coal mining are determined. Based on the process of risk perception, risk cognition and behavior response of miners, this paper puts forward the mechanism of individual unsafe behavior of miners and gives the way to produce it, and quantitatively analyzes the dynamic evolution law of unsafe behavior of miners based on evolutionary game theory. The classification method of miner's unsafe behavior based on cause is put forward, and the characteristics of miner's unsafe behavior are analyzed. This paper defines the connotation of unsafe behavior of coal production groups for the first time, determines the set of influencing factors by the methods of literature research, data analysis, field interview, and applies grey correlation analysis and analytic hierarchy process. The importance of each factor is sorted, and the factors with high importance are selected. In this paper, the initial theoretical model of unsafe behavior of production groups is constructed, based on the questionnaire data and structural equation model, the initial theoretical model is evaluated, and the fitting results of the survey data are given according to the initial theoretical model. The modified model is modified and the path of the modified model is analyzed. The results of empirical analysis show that: group leader, group cohesion, team safety standard, team safety culture and team work environment all have significant influence on the formation of group unsafe behavior, while group leader has the greatest influence on the formation of group unsafe behavior. And group leaders indirectly affect group unsafe behavior through group cohesion. Finally, aiming at the factors and forming process of unsafe behavior of individual and group groups, the paper puts forward the control countermeasures of unsafe behavior of coal production groups, which mainly include five aspects: supervision of weak safety behavior of miners, Select excellent coal mine team leader, improve the cohesion of production team, build a good team safety culture, optimize the working environment of production team.
