攪拌流場中微細粒赤鐵礦絮凝動力學研究

【摘要】:主要研究了攪拌轉速與攪拌槳距槽底軸向距離對絮凝動力學的影響。研究結果表明:提高攪拌轉速有利于提高絮凝體初始生長速率,但超過一定轉速絮凝體初始生長速率常數K值變化不明顯。當攪拌轉速由900 r/min上升至1 000 r/min、1 100 r/min時,絮凝體初始生長速率常數K由0.008 5上升至0.012 3和0.012 5,分別升高了0.003 8和0.004 0;攪拌槳距槽底軸向距離對絮凝體初始速率的影響存在一定限制,當軸向距離由15 mm升至20 mm、25 mm時,絮凝體生長速率常數K值由0.009 7上升至0.012 1、0.010 9,分別增加0.002 4和0.001 2。通過修正絮凝動力學公式得出能夠描述較大時間跨度下的絮凝過程的動力學公式。
[Abstract]:The effects of stirring speed and axial distance from bottom of tank to flocculation kinetics were studied.The results show that the initial growth rate of flocculants can be increased by increasing the stirring speed, but the change of K value of initial growth rate constant is not obvious when the initial growth rate constant of flocculants exceeds a certain speed.When the stirring speed increased from 900 r/min to 1 000 r / min 1 100 r/min,The initial growth rate constant K increased from 0.008 5 to 0.012 3 and 0.012 5, which increased 0.003 8 and 0.004 0, respectively. The influence of axial distance from the bottom of the tank to the initial rate of flocculation was limited, when the axial distance increased from 15 mm to 20 mm ~ 25 mm.The growth rate constant K value of flocculants increased from 0.009 7 to 0.012 1 L 0.010 9, increasing by 0.002 4 and 0.001 2, respectively.By modifying the flocculation kinetic formula, a kinetic formula can be obtained to describe the flocculation process in a long time span.
