基于選礦流程的尾礦優(yōu)選組合膏體充填技術(shù)

【摘要】:為優(yōu)化膏體充填骨料粒級級配,提出了基于選礦流程的尾礦優(yōu)選組合膏體充填工藝技術(shù)。該技術(shù)統(tǒng)籌考慮充填方案、充填成本等因素,基于選礦流程多環(huán)節(jié)生產(chǎn)尾礦的條件,將不同級配、化學成分合理的尾礦按照一定的比例進行混合,制備出級配連續(xù)的混合尾礦。通過開展尾礦基礎參數(shù)測試、沉降試驗、析水試驗、流動性試驗研究,確定了基于選礦流程的充填技術(shù)工藝優(yōu)化方案,并開展了工業(yè)現(xiàn)場驗證;谖驳V級配優(yōu)化的膏體充填技術(shù)科學可行,具有廣泛的適用性,是一種先進的礦山充填技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the gradation of paste filling aggregate, the technology of tailings optimal separation and combination paste filling based on mineral processing process was put forward.Considering the filling scheme, filling cost and other factors as a whole, based on the conditions of multi-link production of tailings in the process of mineral processing, the tailings with different gradation and reasonable chemical composition are mixed in a certain proportion to prepare the mixed tailings with continuous gradation.Through the test of tailings foundation parameters, sedimentation test, water evolution test and fluidity test, the optimization scheme of filling technology based on mineral dressing process was determined, and the industrial field verification was carried out.Paste filling technology based on tailings gradation optimization is scientific and feasible and has wide applicability. It is an advanced filling technology in mines.
