【摘要】：開灤集團呂家坨煤礦5831皮帶石門、5832軌道石門以及它們之間的聯(lián)絡巷,在井下工人掘進的過程中,突然出現(xiàn)瓦斯涌出量過大的問題,嚴重影響了井下工人的身體健康和礦井的安全生產。通過對開灤集團呂家坨礦5831皮帶石門、5832軌道石門以及12煤層進行現(xiàn)場相關資料的收集、整理,分析出其瓦斯賦存的多種影響因素,找出各種因素影響瓦斯賦存的原因。然后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場瓦斯賦存及涌出的具體實際情況,研究瓦斯賦存原理。同時,對其臨近的12煤層以及5831皮帶石門與5832軌道石門巖巷之間的聯(lián)絡巷進行瓦斯壓力的測定以及瓦斯相關參數(shù)的測定與研究。最后,采取風排瓦斯、抽放瓦斯、煤層注水等多種措施治理呂家坨礦5831皮帶石門、5832軌道石門以及它們之間的聯(lián)絡巷瓦斯涌出量過大的問題,通過防治效果的考察與分析,這幾種方法很好的達到了降低瓦斯?jié)舛鹊男Ч?對礦井現(xiàn)場瓦斯防治的研究具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Kailuan Group Lujiatuo Coal Mine 5831 Belt Stone Gate No. 5832 track Shimen and the contact lane between them, in the process of digging underground workers, there is suddenly a problem of excessive gas emission.Seriously affected the health of underground workers and mine safety production.Based on the collection and collation of the related data of 5831 belt Shimen No. 5832 track Shimen and 12 coal seams in Lujiatuo Mine of Kailuan Group, this paper analyzes the various influencing factors of gas occurrence, and finds out the reasons for the influence of various factors on the gas occurrence.Then, according to the actual situation of gas occurrence and emission, the principle of gas storage is studied.At the same time, the gas pressure and gas related parameters are measured and studied in the adjacent 12 coal seam and the connection roadway between 5831 belt stone gate and 5832 track Shimen rock roadway.Finally, some measures such as air gas drainage, gas drainage and coal seam water injection are adopted to control the problem of excessive gas emission from 5831 belt stone gate track Shimen 5832 in Lujiatuo Coal Mine and the contact roadway between them, and through the investigation and analysis of the prevention and control effect,These methods have achieved the effect of reducing gas concentration, and have certain reference value to the study of gas prevention and cure in mine field.
