【摘要】:動(dòng)顎是否具有良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性是確定復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)性能優(yōu)劣的根本因素,改善動(dòng)顎的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性需借助對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化來完成,故對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)成了產(chǎn)品性能高效的關(guān)鍵;且復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)工作期間動(dòng)顎產(chǎn)生很大周期性波動(dòng)的慣性力,該慣性力是引起破碎機(jī)振動(dòng)的主要激勵(lì),不僅加劇運(yùn)動(dòng)副磨損,降低破碎機(jī)軸承和肘板的使用壽命,而且限制了破碎機(jī)在移動(dòng)式破碎站上的應(yīng)用:因此有必要對(duì)復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行研究。(1)本文以PE-1007型復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)為例,基于MATLAB軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明:排料口處的特性值為1.697,與此型號(hào)傳統(tǒng)破碎機(jī)相比減小了50%,優(yōu)化效果明顯,達(dá)到了提高機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,減輕齒板磨損的預(yù)期效果;機(jī)架最大水平振動(dòng)力由33076N下降到9523N,減少了71.2%,振動(dòng)幅度減少了77.5%,很大程度上削弱了破碎機(jī)的沖擊、振動(dòng)和噪音,提高了軸承和肘板的使用壽命,為實(shí)現(xiàn)無地腳安裝提供理論依據(jù)。(2)在Solid Works 2012軟件環(huán)境下完成了PE-1007型復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)三維模型,經(jīng)裝配模型干涉分析顯示零件設(shè)計(jì)和配合正確無誤,為破碎機(jī)的動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真提供了保障。(3)在Adams環(huán)境下對(duì)PE-1007型破碎機(jī)樣機(jī)模型進(jìn)行了仿真,測(cè)量結(jié)果分析表明,動(dòng)顎排料口行程特性值和質(zhì)心加速度與解析法得出的理論值基本一致,動(dòng)顎具有良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,樣機(jī)模型設(shè)計(jì)合理;以Adams為實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)得出了各配重平衡機(jī)架振動(dòng)力效果的主次順序及使振動(dòng)最小的最優(yōu)組合,最優(yōu)組合下所測(cè)振動(dòng)力為8493N,在解析法優(yōu)化振動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上減少了10.8%,得出的結(jié)果對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Whether the moving jaw has good motion characteristics is the basic factor to determine the performance of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.It not only increases the wear of motion pairs, but also reduces the service life of crusher bearings and elbows.Furthermore, the application of crusher in mobile crusher station is limited: therefore, it is necessary to study the kinematics and dynamic characteristics of compound pendulum jaw crusher.) this paper takes PE-1007 type compound pendulum jaw crusher as an example.The kinematics and dynamics parameters are optimized based on MATLAB software. The results show that the characteristic value at the discharge port is 1.697. Compared with the traditional crusher, the characteristic value is reduced by 50%, the optimization effect is obvious, and the kinematic characteristic of the mechanism is improved.The expected effect of reducing the wear of the gear plate; the maximum horizontal vibration force of the rack was reduced from 33076N to 9523N, the maximum vibration force was reduced by 71.2%, the vibration amplitude was reduced by 77.5%, the impact, vibration and noise of the crusher were greatly weakened, and the service life of the bearings and elbows was improved.In order to provide theoretical basis for installation without ground foot, 3D model of movement mechanism of PE-1007 compound pendulum jaw crusher is completed under Solid Works 2012 software environment. The interference analysis of assembly model shows that the design and fit of parts are correct.The vibration force measured under the optimal combination is 8493N, which is reduced by 10.8 on the basis of the optimization of vibration by analytical method. The results obtained are of guiding significance to the production of enterprises.
