典型工況下垂直救援車載提升系統(tǒng)動力學分析

【摘要】:介紹了垂直救援車載提升系統(tǒng)組成及工作原理;采用UG建立了垂直救援車載提升系統(tǒng)三維模型,并將三維模型導入ADAMS中構建了系統(tǒng)動力學模型;利用動力學模型模擬了系統(tǒng)在救援艙空載下放、救援艙重載提升、救援艙緊急制動、鋼絲繩過放等典型工況下鋼絲繩受力及救援艙與地面的碰撞力情況,為系統(tǒng)設備選型和設計提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the composition and working principle of vertical rescue vehicle-mounted hoisting system, establishes the three-dimensional model of vertical rescue vehicle-mounted hoisting system by UG, and introduces the three-dimensional model into ADAMS to build the dynamic model of the system.The dynamic model is used to simulate the force of the system and the collision force between the rescue cabin and the ground under the typical working conditions such as no load down, heavy-load lifting, emergency braking of the rescue cabin, overdischarge of the wire rope, and so on.It provides a theoretical basis for the selection and design of system equipment.
