有機抑制劑鞣酸對黃銅礦和方鉛礦浮選的影響

【摘要】:通過單礦物、人工混合礦、實際礦石浮選試驗,吸附量和紅外光譜測試,研究了鞣酸對黃銅礦和方鉛礦浮選的影響及其與礦物的作用機理。結果表明,鞣酸對方鉛礦具有強抑制作用,對黃銅礦浮選的抑制作用較小。當鞣酸用量為5 mg/L,浮選180 s時,黃銅礦回收率為83.30%,而方鉛礦的回收率只有17.65%。吸附量測試表明,鞣酸在黃銅礦表面的吸附密度為2.03 mg/m2,在方鉛礦表面能夠達到6.05 mg/m2。紅外光譜檢測表明,鞣酸通過酚羥基與方鉛礦表面發(fā)生作用,與黃銅礦作用則很弱,這正是鞣酸能抑制方鉛礦的原因。
[Abstract]:The effect of tannic acid on the flotation of chalcopyrite and galena and its mechanism with minerals were studied by means of single mineral, artificial mixed ore, actual ore flotation test, adsorption capacity and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that tannic acid has a strong inhibitory effect on galena and less on flotation of chalcopyrite.When the amount of tannic acid is 5 mg / L and flotation time is 180 s, the recovery rate of chalcopyrite is 83.30 and that of galena is 17.65.The adsorption density of tannic acid on chalcopyrite surface is 2.03 mg / m ~ (2) and on galena surface is 6.05 mg / m ~ (2).Infrared spectroscopy showed that tannic acid acted on galena surface through phenolic hydroxyl group but weak on chalcopyrite which was the reason why tannic acid could inhibit galena.
