分選黃鐵礦用旋流器結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:本研究以凡口鉛鋅礦選硫系統(tǒng)中的粗精礦為對象,用不同錐角的旋流器進(jìn)行粗精礦的分選試驗(yàn),希望能夠找到一組最佳的旋流器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),適合該粗精礦的分選。 基于以上的目的,首先進(jìn)行了水力旋流器的模擬研究。分別以3組不同錐角旋流器為模型,通過水力旋流器的清水模擬和顆粒相模擬,得到了不同錐角旋流器的速度、壓力分布圖。并對二次流和密度分布圖進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,能夠較好的解釋不同錐角旋流器對礦物的分選行為。 其次設(shè)計(jì)了大錐角旋流器的正交試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)的因素為:旋流器的錐角、溢流管直徑、沉砂嘴直徑和溢流管長度。通過正交試驗(yàn)方差分析,找到了影響水力旋流器的沉砂品位和回收率的因素的大小順序,同時(shí)也表明了大錐角旋流器并不能高效的分選該粗精礦,這與模擬結(jié)果一致。 最后做了10°錐角旋流器和復(fù)錐旋流器的單因素條件試驗(yàn),并以沉砂硫品位不低于46.5%為基準(zhǔn),分別找到了每組條件下的最佳的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。選擇復(fù)錐旋流器為分選該粗精礦的設(shè)備,將該旋流器進(jìn)行放大,成功運(yùn)用于該選硫系統(tǒng),取得了很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 通過模擬和試驗(yàn)表明,小錐角旋流器是該粗精礦較好的分選設(shè)備,,這與傳統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識大錐角旋流器是好的分選設(shè)備相反,同時(shí)也表明模擬能夠較好的指導(dǎo)旋流器的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coarse concentrate in the sulfur separation system of Fankou Pb-Zn Mine is taken as the object, and the separation test of coarse concentrate is carried out by using the cyclone with different conical angles. It is hoped that a group of optimum structural parameters of the cyclone can be found, which is suitable for the separation of the coarse concentrate.Based on the above purpose, the hydrocyclone simulation is first carried out.Using three groups of hydrocyclone with different cone angle as model, the velocity and pressure distribution of hydrocyclone with different cone angle were obtained by water simulation and particle phase simulation.The secondary flow and density distribution map are analyzed in detail, which can better explain the separation behavior of minerals by different cone angle hydrocyclones.Secondly, the orthogonal test of large cone angle hydrocyclone is designed.The factors are as follows: cone angle of cyclone, diameter of overflow pipe, diameter of sand sink nozzle and length of overflow pipe.Through the analysis of variance of orthogonal test, the order of factors influencing the settling grade and recovery rate of hydrocyclone is found, and it is also shown that the large cone angle cyclone can not separate the coarse concentrate efficiently, which is consistent with the simulation results.Finally, the single-factor tests of 10 擄cone-angle hydrocyclone and complex cone hydrocyclone are carried out, and the optimum structural parameters under each group of conditions are obtained based on the standard of not less than 46.5% of the sulfur grade of sand sinking.The complex cone cyclone is selected as the equipment for separating the coarse concentrate, and the hydrocyclone is amplified and successfully applied to the sulfur separation system, and good economic benefits are obtained.The simulation and experiment show that the small cone angle cyclone is a better separation equipment for the coarse concentrate, which is contrary to the traditional understanding that the large cone angle cyclone is a good separation equipment. It also shows that the simulation can better guide the application of the cyclone.
