煤矸石表面處理后做混凝土骨料的研究

【摘要】:煤矸石是在產煤行業(yè)中不可避免的、伴隨產生的一種工業(yè)廢料,并且在我國煤矸石的產量在逐年增長。煤矸石對無論是對社會環(huán)境還是對生態(tài)環(huán)境都帶來了嚴重的負面影響,如果不加以控制,那么將會帶來不可估量的損失。此課題本著以變廢為寶的愿望,如果煤矸石可以代替石子做混凝土骨料,不僅可以解決目前石子材料價格高且緊缺的問題,還且還可以處理大量的工業(yè)廢料,不僅保護了環(huán)境,而且還帶來了經濟效益。 文章主要采用以下幾個思路對煤矸石集料混凝土進行了研究: 1.查閱了大量關于淮南礦區(qū)煤矸石特性的資料文獻,對煤矸石的化學組成有了大體地認識。 2.對淮南礦區(qū)不同地點的煤矸石的部分性質進行了測試,并用混凝土強度理論對其做了評價。 3.將煤矸石表面進行包裹作為混凝土的粗骨料,制作不同等級的煤矸石混凝土并測試其抗壓強度。 4.測試煤矸石混凝土的膨脹性及其對鋼筋的銹蝕作用。 文章的研究作為煤矸石的再生利用可能途徑之一,作者通過以上思路的研究初步得出以下結論: 1.將煤矸石表面用水泥漿包裹的煤矸石集料混凝土的強度明顯高于表面未做任何處理的煤矸石集料混凝土。 2.通過對煤矸石集料混凝土的強度理論分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其破壞機理是“弱”包“強”轉變?yōu)椤皬姟卑叭酢?通過試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)煤矸石集料混凝土的適配強度是在C30以下。 3.煤矸石混凝土的強度不會因為隨著齡期的增長而發(fā)生降低,其長期強度與普通混凝土基本一致。 4.通過測量混凝土膨脹性實驗,煤矸石集料膨脹性小于規(guī)定的標準值,為非活性集料。 5.通過半電池電位法測量表面處理后的煤矸石混凝土鋼筋銹蝕情況,初步符合要求。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is inevitable in the coal production industry, accompanied by a kind of industrial waste, and the output of coal gangue is increasing year by year in our country. The coal gangue has brought serious negative influence to both social environment and ecological environment. If it is not controlled, it will bring incalculable losses. This subject is based on the desire to turn waste into treasure. If coal gangue can be used as concrete aggregate instead of stone, it can not only solve the problem of high price and shortage of stone materials at present, And also can deal with a large number of industrial waste, not only protect the environment, but also bring economic benefits. In this paper, the coal gangue aggregate concrete is studied in the following ways:. 1. A large number of documents about the characteristics of coal gangue in Huainan mining area are consulted, and the chemical composition of coal gangue is generally understood. 2. Some properties of coal gangue in Huainan mining area are tested and evaluated with concrete strength theory. 3. The coal gangue surface is wrapped as the coarse aggregate of concrete, and different grade coal gangue concrete is made and its compressive strength is tested. 4. Test the expansibility of coal gangue concrete and its corrosion effect on steel bar. As one of the possible ways of regeneration and utilization of coal gangue, the author draws the following conclusions through the study of the above ideas:. 1. The strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete coated with cement slurry is obviously higher than that of coal gangue aggregate concrete without any treatment on the surface. 2. Based on the theoretical analysis of the strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete, it is found that the failure mechanism of coal gangue aggregate concrete is from "weak" to "strong" to "strong" and "weak", and it is found that the suitable strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete is below C30. 3. The strength of coal gangue concrete does not decrease with the increase of age, and its long-term strength is basically the same as that of ordinary concrete. 4. The expansion of coal gangue aggregate is less than the specified standard value by measuring the expansive property of concrete. 5. The corrosion of steel bar of coal gangue concrete after surface treatment is measured by semi-battery potentiometry, and it is in accordance with the requirements.
