綜采回采巷道礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律及圍巖穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:隨著煤礦開采深度的逐年增加,造成影響巷道破壞的因素也隨之增多,要想保證巷道的安全與穩(wěn)定,就離不開對礦山壓力的研究,因此,開展礦山壓力與圍巖穩(wěn)定性關(guān)系的研究有著重要的工程意義。 論文以寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道為研究背景,根據(jù)煤礦地質(zhì)報(bào)告、煤層賦存條件、鉆孔柱狀圖等地質(zhì)資料,運(yùn)用頂板離層儀、錨桿測力計(jì)、頂板動態(tài)儀等觀測儀器現(xiàn)場實(shí)測,并通過數(shù)值模擬的方法,全面分析了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道的礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律,為回采巷道提供了最優(yōu)合理支護(hù)方案,研究的內(nèi)容主要有: (1)在通過鉆孔資料分析了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層頂板巖層結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備測定了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層及頂?shù)装鍘r層的物理力學(xué)參數(shù),,確定了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層頂?shù)装鍘r石的力學(xué)性質(zhì),為以后的數(shù)值模擬提供可靠的力學(xué)參數(shù)依據(jù)。 (2)在總結(jié)以往研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)所選取的7個(gè)指標(biāo)因素,采用模糊分類的數(shù)學(xué)理論的多因素綜合評判方法,預(yù)測巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性類別,得出寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性類別為第Ⅲ類,巷道圍巖類型屬于中等穩(wěn)定的類型,結(jié)合國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給出了合理的支護(hù)形式。 (3)通過對寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道原有支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,得出單一的錨桿支護(hù)并不能保證寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道的穩(wěn)定與安全,必須增加錨索作為補(bǔ)強(qiáng)支護(hù);對原有支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,通過運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,確定出最優(yōu)的支護(hù)方案。 (4)通過錨桿測力計(jì)和頂板動態(tài)儀對最優(yōu)支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場實(shí)測,分析了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律特點(diǎn),掌握了回采巷道圍巖變形的基本特征;最優(yōu)方案的應(yīng)用取得了滿意的支護(hù)效果。 論文針對寸草塔一礦5-1煤層,對5-1煤層回采巷道礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律和回采巷道圍巖控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了有益的探索,解決了寸草塔一礦5-1煤層回采巷道中存在的實(shí)際問題,積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),在安全生產(chǎn)中,具有重要的意義;論文的研究也為今后解決類似煤層煤礦的設(shè)計(jì)、開采、安全生產(chǎn)、管理和決策提供了參考。
[Abstract]:With the increase of mining depth year by year, the factors that affect roadway damage are also increasing. In order to ensure the safety and stability of roadway, it is necessary to study mine pressure. It is of great engineering significance to study the relationship between mine pressure and surrounding rock stability. Based on the mining roadway of coal seam 5-1 in Cuncaota No. 1 Mine, according to the geological data of coal mine geological report, coal seam occurrence condition, borehole histogram and so on, the paper uses roof dissociator, anchor dynamometer, etc. On the spot measured by roof dynamometer and other observation instruments, and through the method of numerical simulation, the rock pressure behavior of coal seam 5-1 coal seam in Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine is comprehensively analyzed, which provides the optimum and reasonable support scheme for the mining roadway. The main contents of the study are as follows:. On the basis of analyzing the roof structure of coal seam 5-1 in Cuncaota-1 Coal Mine by drilling data, the physical and mechanical parameters of 5-1 coal seam and roof and floor strata of Cuncaota-1 Coal Mine were measured by laboratory equipment. The mechanical properties of the roof and floor rock of coal seam 5-1 in Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine are determined, which provides a reliable basis for the numerical simulation in the future. 2) on the basis of summing up the previous research results, according to the selected seven index factors, the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy classification mathematical theory is used to predict the stability of roadway surrounding rock. It is concluded that the stability of surrounding rock of mining roadway in Cuncaota No. 1 coal seam is the third type, and the surrounding rock type of roadway belongs to medium stable type, and the reasonable supporting form is given in combination with the national industry standard. Through monitoring the original support scheme of coal seam 5-1 coal seam in Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine, it is concluded that single bolting support can not guarantee the stability and safety of coal seam 5-1 coal seam mining roadway in Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine, and the bolting cable must be added as reinforcement support. The original support scheme is improved and optimized, and the optimal support scheme is determined by numerical simulation with FLAC3D software. (4) through bolting dynamometer and roof dynamometer, the field measurement of the optimal support scheme is carried out, and the characteristics of rock pressure behavior of mining roadway in Cuncaota-1 coal seam 5-1 are analyzed, and the basic characteristics of surrounding rock deformation of mining roadway are grasped. The application of the optimal scheme has achieved satisfactory support effect. Aiming at coal seam 5-1 of Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine, the paper makes a beneficial exploration on the law of mine pressure behavior and the surrounding rock control technology of mining roadway in coal seam 5-1, and solves the practical problems existing in the roadway of coal seam 5-1 in Cuncaota No. 1 Coal Mine. It has accumulated valuable experience and is of great significance in safe production, and the research in this paper also provides a reference for the design, mining, safety production, management and decision making of similar coal seam coal mines in the future.
