煤礦泄漏通信監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:礦井泄漏通信的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)無論是應(yīng)對(duì)日常工作,還是應(yīng)對(duì)緊急事務(wù)、突發(fā)性事件都起到了重要的作用。但是,井上與井下之間的調(diào)度卻采用電話線溝通,這跟不上企業(yè)信息化的進(jìn)程。采用電話線傳輸信號(hào),又會(huì)使井上調(diào)度室內(nèi)信息存儲(chǔ)不靈活(如:人工記錄的方式,工作量大)。隨著數(shù)字與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展,數(shù)字與網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸更能減少外界因素的干擾,提高通信質(zhì)量。本文在根據(jù)企業(yè)的技術(shù)要求和實(shí)際通信狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,廣泛查閱相關(guān)技術(shù)文獻(xiàn),升級(jí)改造現(xiàn)有泄漏通信監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),使其能通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸。在確定了系統(tǒng)的總體方案后,重點(diǎn)對(duì)通信協(xié)議的兼容性、信號(hào)的干擾問題和井上監(jiān)控平臺(tái)這三方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。采用工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域普遍使用的Modbus TCP協(xié)議,以保證井上與井下的通信設(shè)備之間更好的傳輸數(shù)據(jù)。音頻信號(hào)在采集和傳輸過程中容易受到噪聲干擾,通過數(shù)字信號(hào)處理技術(shù),采用嚴(yán)格數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法,濾除音頻信號(hào)中的雜波。采用TCP技術(shù)保證數(shù)字信號(hào)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸時(shí)不出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)亂序、丟失等問題。選用亞控科技有限公司開發(fā)的組態(tài)王KingView作為煤礦泄漏通信監(jiān)控軟件的開發(fā)平臺(tái),處理并監(jiān)控所有信息。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi),經(jīng)過多次的調(diào)試運(yùn)行后,連接轉(zhuǎn)換模塊與智能廣播主機(jī)能夠可靠連接,整個(gè)泄漏通信監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)通話、錄音、廣播等功能,并且處于運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的廣播管理軟件能及時(shí)反映通信狀態(tài)。整套系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定、可靠、安全,能滿足企業(yè)要求,值得推廣使用。
[Abstract]:The monitoring system of mine leakage communication plays an important role in dealing with daily work and emergency affairs. However, telephone line is used for dispatching between well and well. This cannot keep pace with the process of enterprise informatization. Using telephone lines to transmit signals will also make the storage of information in the well dispatching room inflexible (e.g., manual recording, heavy workload, etc.) with the development of digital and networking, Digital and network transmission can reduce the interference of external factors and improve the communication quality. Based on the technical requirements of enterprises and the actual communication situation, this paper extensively consulted relevant technical documents, upgraded and modified the existing leak communication monitoring system. After the overall scheme of the system has been determined, the compatibility of communication protocols is emphasized. The signal interference problem and well monitoring platform are introduced in detail. The Modbus TCP protocol, which is widely used in industrial control field, is adopted. In order to ensure the better transmission of data between the communication equipment in the well and the downhole, the audio signal is easily disturbed by noise in the process of acquisition and transmission. By means of digital signal processing technology, the method of strict numerical calculation is adopted. The clutter of audio signal is filtered. TCP technology is adopted to ensure that the digital signal does not appear the problem of data disorder and loss in network transmission. Kingview KingView, which is developed by Sub-control Technology Co., Ltd., is chosen as the development platform of the monitoring software for coal mine leakage communication. Processing and monitoring of all information. In the laboratory, after many debugging and operation, the connection conversion module and intelligent broadcast host can be reliably connected, the whole leak communication monitoring system can achieve the functions of voice, recording, broadcasting, etc. The broadcast management software in running state can reflect the communication state in time. The whole system is stable, reliable and safe, which can meet the requirements of the enterprise and is worth popularizing.
