微生物礦化改善尾礦砂性質(zhì)的試驗研究

【摘要】:尾礦砂中重金屬的固定可減輕對周圍環(huán)境的污染,且尾礦砂力學(xué)性質(zhì)的改善有助于提高壩體穩(wěn)定性或庫容。微生物礦化技術(shù)(MIM)不僅可以提高尾礦砂的力學(xué)性質(zhì),同時還可以固定重金屬。對取自湖南和廣西的兩種尾礦砂(含較多Cu和As等元素)進行了微生物誘導(dǎo)砂柱膠凝試驗,研究微生物礦化對尾礦砂力學(xué)性質(zhì)及重金屬離子溶出的影響,并比較這兩種尾礦砂處理后的差異。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)MIM處理后,As、Mo和Mn的溶出減少,尾礦砂的壓縮波波速和單軸無側(cè)限抗壓強度均有較大提高。
[Abstract]:The immobilization of heavy metals in tailings can reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment, and the improvement of mechanical properties of tailings can help to improve the stability or reservoir capacity of the dam. The microbial mineralization technique can not only improve the mechanical properties of tailings. Two kinds of tailings from Hunan and Guangxi (containing more Cu and as) were tested by microorganism induced sand column cementation. The effects of microbial mineralization on the mechanical properties of tailings and the dissolution of heavy metal ions were studied, and the differences between the two kinds of tailings were compared. The results showed that the dissolution of As-Mo and mn decreased after MIM treatment. The compression wave velocity and uniaxial unconfined compressive strength of tailings have been greatly improved.
