【摘要】：以超長(zhǎng)工作面基本頂初次斷裂所成鉸拱結(jié)構(gòu)為力學(xué)模型,在鉸接端接觸面按照應(yīng)力指數(shù)分布規(guī)律,得出新的水平推力公式。通過(guò)嚴(yán)格幾何變形推導(dǎo)出鉸接端變形量與下沉量,結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,應(yīng)用新的推力公式對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行判斷。與傳統(tǒng)近似建模方法相比,經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):針對(duì)淺埋超長(zhǎng)工作面,在回轉(zhuǎn)角小于3°時(shí),塊度i0.40的斷塊所受推力隨工作面長(zhǎng)度、回轉(zhuǎn)角變大而以微小變化率增加,塊度i0.45時(shí)斷塊不發(fā)生滑落失穩(wěn);塊度i≤0.30的斷塊所受水平推力T增幅明顯,若回轉(zhuǎn)角?超過(guò)6°,斷塊易因T過(guò)大而發(fā)生變形失穩(wěn);新公式代入實(shí)例得出的回轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定區(qū)范圍比傳統(tǒng)范圍至少大12%。給出了淺埋裂隙梁結(jié)構(gòu)允許埋深公式,對(duì)淺埋超長(zhǎng)工作面裂隙結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)預(yù)測(cè)有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Taking the hinged arch structure formed by the primary fracture of the basic top of the super-long working face as a mechanical model, a new horizontal thrust formula is obtained according to the distribution law of stress exponent on the contact surface of the hinged end. The deformation and subsidence of the hinge end are derived by strict geometric deformation. Combined with numerical simulation and field example, the new thrust formula is used to judge the stability of the structure.
