龍洞非金屬礦區(qū)礦山土地復(fù)墾適宜性評價研究

【摘要】:土地資源是維持人類生存的主要資產(chǎn),而土地的空間差異性則決定了土地的最終用途。國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要各種資源,而資源的開采必然帶來土地資源的破壞。礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾也成為我國生態(tài)環(huán)境和礦山可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要問題。復(fù)墾礦區(qū)土地適宜性評價是土地復(fù)墾項目投資前期工作的中心環(huán)節(jié)和項目決策的依據(jù),是土地復(fù)墾規(guī)劃的核心工作,對搞好土地復(fù)墾工作的實施、合理配置復(fù)墾區(qū)土地資源具有重要的意義。本文以土地適宜性評價為研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的剖析,提出了土地適宜性評價的指標(biāo)體系及模糊綜合評價方法。我國幅員遼闊,各個地方土地的自然地理情況千差萬別,據(jù)此,本文提出以待評估土地為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行指標(biāo)篩選,通過專家打分及層次分析法來確定待評估項目的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并采用模糊綜合評價方法確定待評估土地的用途,并以龍洞礦區(qū)為例進(jìn)行了實例分析。土地適宜性評價涉及到非常多的因素,氣候、緯度、海拔、降水、公用設(shè)施等多方面的影響。傳統(tǒng)的土地適宜性評價往往采用統(tǒng)一的指標(biāo)體系,難以根據(jù)實際情況做出客觀的評價。本文在研究中采取了先構(gòu)建指標(biāo)集,然后根據(jù)實際情況由專家進(jìn)行指標(biāo)篩選及權(quán)重確定,最后采取模糊綜合評價的方法對待評估土地做出評價。該方法提高了土地適宜性評價的準(zhǔn)確性,能夠更加客觀的反映土地的實際用途,期望對非金屬礦山的土地適宜性評價提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Land resources are the main assets to maintain human survival, and the spatial difference of land determines the end use of land. The development of national economy needs all kinds of resources. The exploitation of resources will inevitably lead to the destruction of land resources. Land reclamation in mining areas has also become an important issue of ecological environment and sustainable development of mines in China. The evaluation of land suitability in reclamation mining areas is the early stage of investment in land reclamation projects. The central link of the project and the basis for the project decision, Land reclamation planning is the core work of land reclamation planning, which is of great significance to the implementation of land reclamation work and the rational allocation of land resources in reclamation areas. This paper takes the evaluation of land suitability as the research object, through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature. This paper puts forward the index system of land suitability evaluation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Our country has a vast territory, and the physical and geographical conditions of each place vary greatly. Based on this, this paper puts forward that the target is to select the land to be evaluated. The index weight of the project to be evaluated is determined by expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process, and the use of the land to be evaluated is determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation of land suitability involves many factors such as climate, latitude, altitude, precipitation, and so on. The traditional land suitability evaluation often adopts a unified index system, which is difficult to make objective evaluation according to the actual situation. Then according to the actual situation, the experts select the index and determine the weight. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the land, which improves the accuracy of the land suitability evaluation. It can reflect the actual use of land more objectively and provide a useful reference for the evaluation of land suitability in non-metal mines.
