煤中原始水分對煤自燃影響的絕熱氧化試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究煤樣中原始水分對煤自燃的影響,對同一煤樣的干燥煤樣和新鮮煤樣進行了絕熱氧化試驗。通過對試驗數(shù)據(jù)的處理分析發(fā)現(xiàn)新鮮煤樣在自然升溫過程中確實存在一個水分蒸發(fā)階段,該階段內(nèi)溫度無規(guī)律地上下波動、升溫緩慢,能延緩煤自燃進程。通過對煤自燃動力學(xué)參數(shù)分析,擬合得出了兩類煤樣的ln((dT)/(dt))和-1/(RT)關(guān)系,干燥煤樣的ln((dT)/(dt))和-1/(RT)基本呈線性關(guān)系,新鮮煤樣則只在水分蒸發(fā)階段前呈線性關(guān)系。干燥煤樣和新鮮煤樣在低溫時期的活化能基本相同,即煤樣原始水分對煤自燃傾向性鑒定沒有影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of raw moisture in coal sample on coal spontaneous combustion, The adiabatic oxidation tests of dry and fresh coal samples from the same coal sample were carried out. Through the analysis of the test data, it was found that there was a phase of water evaporation in the natural heating process of the fresh coal sample. In this stage, the temperature fluctuates irregularly up and down slowly, which can delay the process of spontaneous combustion of coal. By analyzing the kinetic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion, the relationship between the two types of coal samples is fitted, and the relationship between the two types of coal samples is obtained. The relationship between the dry coal samples and the dry coal samples is basically linear, and there is a linear relationship between the two types of coal samples. The activation energy of dry coal sample and fresh coal sample at low temperature is basically the same, that is to say, the original moisture of coal sample has no effect on the determination of coal spontaneous combustion tendency.
