井下導(dǎo)線網(wǎng)加測陀螺邊的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致國家對礦產(chǎn)資源的需求量也在不斷的增加,尤其是煤炭資源。但是在急需煤炭資源的情況下,總是不停地傳出礦難的消息,讓人民群眾對此感到憂心忡忡,國家安全部門對煤炭資源在礦井井下開采的穩(wěn)定性和安全性看的愈來愈重要。礦井井下開采資源過程中的測繪工作,條件困難惡劣,又經(jīng)常受到生產(chǎn)人員和施工方面的人員的影響,然而測量結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性直接與煤礦礦井經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和礦山安全生產(chǎn)相關(guān),所以,礦山對井上下控制網(wǎng)導(dǎo)線測量工作的精度要求和作業(yè)模式的研究,以便于提高測量成果的質(zhì)量和精度,從而讓礦山工作人員安全生產(chǎn)并創(chuàng)造更大的效益。本論文主要是為了提高礦井井下測量成果的質(zhì)量和精度,討論和研究了井下控制網(wǎng)導(dǎo)線測量的方法。伴隨著現(xiàn)代陀螺儀的快速發(fā)展和精度的提高,本論文針對《煤礦測量規(guī)程》中的一些規(guī)定的不足和嚴(yán)重滯后,在理論分析和實際觀測數(shù)據(jù)處理兩個方面進(jìn)行了探討,提出了可行的、符合現(xiàn)代礦井需求的作業(yè)模式和精度體系。針對礦井井下貫通誤差預(yù)計做了陀螺定向?qū)Ь最弱點分析、加測陀螺邊合理長度和位置的分析,并且通過實際工作作業(yè)情況對礦井井下控制網(wǎng)加測陀螺定向邊進(jìn)行討論得出最適合加測的方案,從而保證測量成果的精度質(zhì)量。在井下控制網(wǎng)導(dǎo)線數(shù)據(jù)處理方法上,理應(yīng)依據(jù)每個礦井井下控制網(wǎng)導(dǎo)線的使用情況來選擇與之匹配的平差方法,沒有要求一定要最高的精度質(zhì)量,F(xiàn)在大多數(shù)煤礦經(jīng)過多年的開采,井下控制網(wǎng)網(wǎng)形復(fù)雜,形成很多結(jié)點,所以針對所做的實驗對象選擇了結(jié)邊網(wǎng)平差方法,相比較而言,簡便而且嚴(yán)密。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand for mineral resources is also increasing, especially for coal resources. But when coal resources are in urgent need, the news of mine disasters is always coming out. The people are worried about this. The state security department is increasingly important to the stability and safety of coal resources in underground mining. The mapping work in the process of underground mining resources in mines is difficult and difficult. Often affected by production personnel and construction personnel, however, the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results are directly related to the economic benefits of coal mines and mine safety, so, In order to improve the quality and accuracy of the survey results, mine research on the precision requirement and operation mode of the traverse survey of the up and down control network of the well is carried out in the mine. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality and accuracy of underground survey results. With the rapid development of modern gyroscope and the improvement of precision, this paper aims at the deficiency and serious lag of some regulations in coal mine survey code. In this paper, two aspects of theoretical analysis and practical observation data processing are discussed, and a feasible operation mode and precision system according to the needs of modern mines are put forward. The reasonable length and position of the measuring gyroscope edge are analyzed, and the optimum scheme of adding the gyroscope orientation edge to the underground control network is obtained by discussing the actual working conditions. So as to ensure the accuracy and quality of the measurement results. In the data processing method of underground control network conductors, the adjustment method should be selected according to the usage of each underground control network wire. There is no requirement for the highest precision quality. Now, after many years of mining in most coal mines, the underground control network is complex and forms many nodes, so we choose the adjustment method of the closed edge net for the experimental object. Simple and tight.
