【摘要】：增大藥卷直徑可提高炸藥爆速,配以較大直徑炮孔爆破能夠增強巖石的破裂和破碎。為了提高煤礦硬巖巷道掘進爆破效率,在液壓鑿巖臺車施工巷道首次進行大直徑炮孔和大直徑藥卷中深孔爆破試驗研究,同時對各段雷管起爆延期時間進行優(yōu)化,其中第2段雷管的延期時間由原先的25 ms增加至50 ms,目的是使掏槽爆破后巖石有足夠的時間破碎、運動和拋擲出槽腔,形成新的自由面。并配用底部集能裝藥掏槽爆破技術和水墊層周邊光爆裝藥結構,爆破試驗取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:The explosive detonation velocity can be increased by increasing the diameter of the charge coil, and the breakage and breakage of the rock can be enhanced by the combination of the large diameter blasting hole blasting, in order to improve the blasting efficiency of the roadway driving in the hard rock of coal mine, For the first time, a large diameter blasting hole and a large diameter charge coil medium and deep hole blasting test were carried out in the roadway of hydraulic drilling rig. At the same time, the delay time of detonator initiation was optimized. The delay time for the second segment of the detonator was increased from the original 25 Ms to 50 Ms in order to allow enough time for the rock to break up, move and throw out the slot cavity after cutting blasting, A new free surface is formed, and the cutting blasting technology of bottom collector charge and the structure of smooth blasting charge around the water cushion are used. The blasting test has achieved good results.
