重晶石表面改性工藝

【摘要】:通過(guò)控制單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,油酸鈉作為改性劑,對(duì)重晶石進(jìn)行疏水調(diào)控,探究其改性后的效果與改性劑用量、改性溫度、改性時(shí)間以及BaSO_4質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:重晶石改性的優(yōu)化條件是:油酸鈉的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0%、改性時(shí)間為15 min、改性溫度為80℃,BaSO_4的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%;獲得改性后的重晶石潤(rùn)濕接觸角度為128°,使重晶石表面從親水性轉(zhuǎn)化為疏水性。
[Abstract]:By controlling the single factor experimental conditions, sodium oleate was used as modifier to regulate the hydrophobicity of barite, and the effect of modification, the dosage of modifier and the modification temperature were investigated.
