基于智能移動終端和云計算的選礦生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)優(yōu)化決策系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為滿足智能移動計算和云計算的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)過程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化決策的需求,提出了基于智能移動終端和云計算的選礦生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)優(yōu)化決策系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括工業(yè)私有云服務(wù)器、智能移動終端、數(shù)據(jù)采集計算機和過程控制系統(tǒng)等部分,智能移動終端具有前端處理能力,可為決策者提供方便快捷的決策輔助;工業(yè)私有云存有生產(chǎn)過程中的所有數(shù)據(jù),并具有強大的計算能力以及動態(tài)的分配虛擬計算機,可實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化優(yōu)化決策。針對選礦生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化決策過程進行了分析,介紹了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的設(shè)計、功能和控制策略,實現(xiàn)了移動終端決策的軟件界面開發(fā)。研究結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠克服地域范圍的局限,實現(xiàn)不同地點的實時監(jiān)測及生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化決策。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of intelligent mobile computing and cloud computing and the networked decision of industrial process, a mineral processing index optimization decision system based on intelligent mobile terminal and cloud computing is proposed. The system mainly includes private cloud server in industry. Intelligent mobile terminal, data acquisition computer, process control system and other parts, intelligent mobile terminal has front-end processing ability, can provide decision support for decision makers, industrial private cloud store all the data in the production process, With powerful computing ability and dynamic distribution virtual computer, the network optimization decision can be realized. The design, function and control strategy of the system architecture are introduced, and the optimization decision-making process of ore dressing production is analyzed. The research results show that the system can overcome the limitation of regional scope and realize the real-time monitoring of different locations and the networked decision of production index.
