采動(dòng)區(qū)簡(jiǎn)支梁橋變形計(jì)算與數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:橋梁建筑物廣泛分布于全國(guó)各大礦區(qū)。煤炭開(kāi)采引起的地表大面積移動(dòng)變形對(duì)礦區(qū)沉陷范圍內(nèi)公路、鐵路橋梁產(chǎn)生了極大影響。地表移動(dòng)變形達(dá)到甚至超出橋梁最大允許變形時(shí),必將引起橋梁傾斜破壞,嚴(yán)重影響道路交通安全運(yùn)行。本文以山西陽(yáng)泉西環(huán)高速路采煤區(qū)內(nèi)保安村段簡(jiǎn)支梁高速路橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,通過(guò)理論研究分析了采空區(qū)上部地表移變形動(dòng)對(duì)簡(jiǎn)支梁橋結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性影響的主要因素,并借助數(shù)值模擬軟件模擬研究了橋墩隨地表移動(dòng)變形之間關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)計(jì)計(jì)算了不同開(kāi)采布局狀況下簡(jiǎn)支梁橋隨地表變形破壞情況。通過(guò)以上研究得到:(1)通過(guò)理論分析可知采空區(qū)內(nèi)簡(jiǎn)支梁橋主要受橋墩間不均勻下沉傾斜和水平移動(dòng)影響;采動(dòng)區(qū)內(nèi)橋墩主要受地表傾斜影響,橋墩傾斜值小于地表傾斜。(2)模擬求解了簡(jiǎn)支梁橋移動(dòng)變形與地表變形之間關(guān)系。(3)根據(jù)計(jì)算不同開(kāi)采工作面布設(shè)情況下簡(jiǎn)支梁橋變形可知:橋梁位于采空區(qū)下沉拐點(diǎn)位置且與所在邊界垂直時(shí)橋梁傾斜變形最大;隨著橋梁走向與所對(duì)應(yīng)采空區(qū)邊界夾角減小,橋梁傾斜變形逐漸減小;在地表水平移動(dòng)極值位置處,橋梁橋面與樁基發(fā)生較大相對(duì)水平滑動(dòng),影響橋梁安全。基于以上研究結(jié)果在指導(dǎo)礦區(qū)合理規(guī)劃開(kāi)采方案,合理有效加固橋梁保證道路交通安全運(yùn)行有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The bridge buildings are widely distributed in the major mining areas of the country. The large area movement and deformation of the surface caused by the coal mining cause the highway within the subsidence area of the mining area. Railway bridges have a great impact. When the surface movement deformation reaches or exceeds the maximum allowable deformation of the bridge, the bridge will be inclined to destroy. This paper takes the simple supported beam highway bridge of Baoan village section in the mining area of Xihuan expressway in Yangquan, Shanxi Province as the research object. In this paper, the main factors that influence the stability of simply supported beam bridges caused by the surface movement and deformation of the upper surface in goaf are analyzed theoretically, and the relationship between the piers' displacement and deformation with the help of numerical simulation software is studied. According to the actual data of the project, the deformation and failure of simply supported beam bridge with the ground surface under different mining layout conditions are calculated. Through the above study, we can get 1: 1) through the theoretical analysis, we can know that the simple supported beam bridge in goaf is mainly affected by the non-uniformity between the piers. The effects of subsidence, tilt and horizontal movement; The pier in mining area is mainly affected by the surface inclination. The relationship between the moving deformation of simply supported beam bridge and the surface deformation is solved by simulation. 3) according to the calculation of the deformation of simply supported beam bridge under different mining working face arrangement, it is known that the bridge is located in the gob area of subsidence. When the point position is perpendicular to the boundary, the slope deformation of the bridge is the largest. With the decrease of the angle between the bridge strike and the corresponding goaf boundary, the inclined deformation of the bridge gradually decreases, and at the extreme position of horizontal movement of the surface, the bridge deck and the pile foundation slide relatively horizontally. Based on the above research results, it is of great significance to guide the rational planning and mining scheme of mining areas and to strengthen bridges reasonably and effectively to ensure the safe operation of road traffic.
